Great selection, fair prices, friendly staff. Brandon helped us find 5+ options in our budget and was patient while we figured out exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be coming back to find furniture for finishing our basement.

We first purchased a living room set and after it was delivered and we used it for a couple of weeks we decided it was very uncomfortable. I called Brandon back to let him know and he made it very easy for us to return and get new furniture. I was very pleased with service. Their delivery drivers are also very professional and genuinely nice people. Great job Ashley!

What a Wonderful experience!!! This was my first time ( but not last time ) shopping for furnishings in a wheelchair... My sales/ customer support person, KRYSTAL, treated me with respect, and immediately saw past my wheelchair, and saw ME.
I cannot stress how important this was / is.
She helped me locate sofas that matched the style i described, and we found the perfect match for my new apartment!
Even the color selection was great for my carpeting..
The guys who delivered my loveseat arrived in timeframe promised, and were cheerful and also very careful of doorways, etc.
All around GREAT experience!

Salesman was very knowledgeable of the various mattresses. He asked questions to help us understand our needs and to be able to match us with our perfect mattress. No hard sell. We were very comfortable working with him.

Brandon was great help to us in purchasing a new bedroom set, very friendly and did not hover or pressure us. Bradford helped us the previous day in purchasing a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and took time explaining things to us.

Bradford was very helpful, kind and efficient in helping us find our new mattress! He was very thorough and detailed in explaining each different type of mattress to us. Highly recommend! :)

Bradford did an amazing job of helping us find a mattress. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend people to him if the need a mattress.

Ashley was a great experience. They let us shop as we wished without pressure or needing to personally show us everything (which we appreciated). They were conveniently and readily available when we had narrowed down some choices. We connected with Brandon and he knocked it out of the park, he educated us on options, availability, warranty and took some measurements for us. He was knowledge and his no pressure sales approach was perfect.

As soon as I walked in the store Kyle was so nice and attentive. I seen multiple people standing around but he was the only person who walked up and offered assistance. He was so nice and made my visit very amazing! I will definitely come back and make sure to find Kyle every time. I’m so grateful we still have amazing people who are still out here and willing to help out!

Samantha was awesome with helping us find a couch! Very kind and thourough with her work ethics. There was no pressure in buying anything and we were given space and time to really think about the pieces that we liked.

Brandon Hoium helped us find a Matress. He was very patient and answered TONS of questions for us. Brandon was so knowledgeable about beds and sleep issues. He called another store for us to figure out getting us a pillow asap for our son! Great service with no pressure! If you need a Matress- call Brandon!

Kellie did a phenomenal job showing us around the store! She was very knowledgeable and patient as we made our decision.

Good place to get your furniture, but when asked to put a protection insurance on your furniture. I recommend DON'T. The protection insurance is for 5yrs . You don't get your money back, you get store credit.
Ashley furniture doesn't remind you about your insurance after 5yrs is over and you didn't use it. Who remembers this, Ashley furniture expects us to remember that we have insurance on our furniture.
I forgot about the protection insurance on my furniture I bought from, and I lost my money. It's 5yrs who I this, if they don't remind you about this.
DON'T PUT INSURANCE ON YOUR FURNITURE if you know you won't use it.

Tommy Ruhl was very helpful. I truly appreciate the extra mile he took to help me make the best decision for my family. Highly recommend. He found me the perfect bedroom set and suggested awesome additions.

What a great experience! From the time we walked in Brandon took care of us. Found out our needs and wants. He steered us in the direction, educated us on a range of beds, stated pros and cons etc. Gave us time alone try them out and followed up on us. Same thing with livingroom furniture. Long story short, we walked away purchasing both items we walked in looking for. We had been shopping around at other furniture stores. Should of started here. Next time, it will be easy. We won't need to shop around. Ashley Furniture and Brandon for the win. Oh, also the scheduled delivery was a breeze. Kept us updated throughout the day and delivery was on time. More than satisfied with our whole experience! Highly recommend.
