Being stationed overseas, it was very important to find a realtor who we can trust since we would not be able to physically look at houses. We were referred to Brad by two friends who I was previously stationed with. We met Brad via Zoom. We liked that he was very friendly and seemed to get an idea of what we were looking for in a house, the location, and possible investment property when we PCS again. In the beginning, my husband and I saw a house that I loved and we acted on it. It hit everything except the investment property section. Unfortunately, we did not get the house which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Brad found us a house that was off market that the sellers had a similar PCS timeline. Since the sellers were veterans, Brad gave us the idea of assuming their loan since we (buyer and seller) had time to go that direction. My husband and I weren’t sure if we could move forward due to the large difference between the sale price and loan amount, but Brad gave us tips/suggestions of coming up with the difference which we were able to get the rest of the amount in the end. We started the loan assumption process on 12/21. Brad guided us through by letting us know what the next steps should be. We closed on time 2/2! Closing a month before we could PCS, we were able to have the sellers rent the house for that final month!
Brad was amazing in the process. While we and Brad were not too familiar with the loan assumption, he alleviated our fears by answering our questions and reaching out to the lenders when we weren’t getting responses. He also got us everything on our checklist: a nice, fairly new house with a green belt in the back, and a long term investment property! While we have yet to meet Brad, we highly recommend him to be your realtor!

Brad just helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was such an amazing support through every step of the process.
