I’ll begin at the beginning. Nick Leader is my coach. He was referred to me by my executive coach. I went to Dynamic to improve my physicality for golf. I had history of a left knee injury and after the initial evaluation, Nick indicated the knee was not the problem but rather my foot and ankle mobility and hip mobility and flexibility. After significant progress on this initial problem, we have progressed to pickle ball training.

The trainers at Dynamic follow the Gary Gray Institute functional movement model. This is not a gym, this is a studio with a tailored personal approach owned and lead by expert coaches. Their combination of hands on approach with home work by mobile application OR virtual live sessions means a platform accessible to any crowded schedule!

The best review is a reference. Including my wife, I have made four successful referrals to Dynamic and specifically Nick. I give Dynamic and Nick the highest possible recommendation.

I was always athletic growing up, but put that all aside for my career and family. Working with Nick Leader at Dynamic Health & Fitness, helped me rekindle that active side of me. I worked on my weight loss goals with Nick. He was the perfect balance of challenging and accountability, while still holding me up when I’d fail here and there. In 8 mos, I lost 40 lbs following Nicks guidance in exercise and nutrition. It was hard work, but I was never overwhelmed! I love this place. 3yrs later, I am still going to their classes twice per week and I love it!

My experience at Dynamic Health & Fitness has been absolutely amazing. I have been training and working with Nick for about 8 years. I am currently a division 1 lacrosse player and I would not be where I am today without Dynamics. I work on injury prevention as well as speed, agility, quickness, strength and power etc. I have been injury free throughout my athletic career because of the work that has been done working with Nick. Some of the treatment includes the use of the Theragun, exercises while using the True equipment, a series of movements to help with stability, flexibility and mobility and utilizing different pieces of equipment at the studio. On the other hand I have never felt more confident in my footwork, speed and strength due to training with Nick. Specifically, the use of the lights to focus on change of direction, speed and reaction time have greatly benefitted me. Typically my training includes going through a series of circuits where we work on specific lacrosse movements. I have been on teams where multiple of my teammates experience severe injuries. Luckily, I have never had a severe injury because Dynamics has prepared me. If I ever had slight pain or tightness I know that I could go into the studio and be worked on and I leave feeling better. Overall Dynamic Health & Fitness has had such an impact on my lacrosse play, physical fitness, injury prevention and mindfulness.

My 15yo daughter has been working with Nick for 2 years. As a swimmer she was struggling with chronic shoulder pain when we first started. Physical therapy helped but it wasn't enough. Nick listened to her, asked questions and did a physical evaluation of her shoulder and how her body worked as a whole. He built a program for her working on strength, balance and flexibility. Her pain resolved. Her pain has never returned, her times have dropped and she has become a better athlete. Now she's both a swimmer and runner and he tailors work outs according to where she is in training or competing. She continues to work with Nick at least weekly because of his focus on nutrition, hydration, sleep, mental and physical health. Dynamic and Nick: 5 stars!!

After a year and a half suffering from a torn plantar fascia, taking me from a 6 day a week workout schedule to doing nothing, unable to even stand or walk long enough to even be able to get groceries, at my husband’s relentless urging I finally got the courage to walk through Dynamic’s doors and meet with Nick Leader. I was in a very bad place physically and emotionally as I had fallen so far and wanted so badly to be active again, but didn’t see it as a possibility. Nick took the time to really listen to me and to learn about my life journey and working with my myriad of body challenges from past injuries he formulated a plan to get me moving again. With expert table work, stretching and mobility exercises and ultimately strength and power work, not to mention much emotional support and motivation from Nick even off hours, I can now walk, bike, take fitness classes and play hours of Pickle ball virtually pain free! I’ve gone from taking Tylenol every 4-6 hours every day of my life to rarely needing it anymore. Nick has given me back the ability to live the active life I was missing and I am forever grateful to him and Dynamic for giving me this blessing! I truly didn’t think I would ever get to where I am. Nick is more than a fitness coach, he is a friend and in so many ways a gifted life coach. The personalized time and attention, coupled with their expert training and intuition, make this wellness studio like none other. It is quite simply a life changing gem!

I was referred to Dynamic a few years back when I was experiencing substantial pain and loss of mobility in my hip. All I kept thinking about was that I was going to eventually need surgery to resolve my issue. After going to Nick, he was able to relieve my pain, regain mobility, and strengthen the hip through physical therapy techniques, stretches, balance work, and strength training. And above all, it kept me from having to explore the option of surgery which is what i wanted to avoid. I still go to Nick for check- ins from time to time to work on other imbalances and areas I wish work on and strengthen. In addition, the Group Training Sessions and the Workouts on the App are amazing. I am a firm believer in the entire staff at Dynamic Health and fitness.

I played rugby and tore my labrum when I was 20. I did PT for about a year and never had any improvement and had constant clicks and knots in my shoulder. After going to Nick he helped me with the dynamic workouts and therapy that not only unkinked my shoulder but the pain went away and the workouts are a staple for me now. The pain went away completely after a few weeks and I’ve never felt more confident when lifting weights or playing sports.

For years, my best friend had been pushing me to make the time necessary to better my health recommending Dynamic Health & Fitness and specifically Nick Leader along the way. I had many reasons (read excuses) for not taking better control of my physical health over the years - working long hours in my professional career, not enough energy, many other demands on my time. In my 9th day of early retirement I suffered a bad fall. I badly injured both of my ankles and knees. After weeks of healing and physical therapy and a timely opening in Nick's schedule, I signed up. I was all out of excuses. That was almost 2 years ago to the day. I have never looked back.

Nick took the time to understand fully my physical capabilities post fall (significant knee and ankle pain), as well as my other assorted aches and pains. Nick also listened to the activities I enjoy doing and built a program for me and what I like to do. Lots of "table work" initially to loosen muscles and joints. Simple movements to start - stretching, squats, lunges - adding resistance and weight as I grew stronger and more agile. In parallel path, Nick helped me to make changes in what I eat, and how much I eat. He helped me to create new habits - eating better, drinking more water, making dedicated time for exercise.

My weekly time with Nick in studio is the accountability that I needed (and still do) to have achieved my fitness goals to date. Nick provides appropriately challenging and varied exercise routines, coaches me to new eating and exercise strategies when on vacation and through holidays. Nick even recognizes, calls out, and provides strategies for working through personal stress along the way (he is extremely intuitive to what is happening in my life and helps to strategize techniques for coping). A true coach on many levels.

With Nick's help in the past year I successfully completed a metric century cycling ride, two 5K runs and I am 50 pounds less than when I first walked into Dynamic Health & Fitness. I am stronger, more agile, and have great energy - moreso than in years. I can't say enough about how working with Nick has positively impacted my life.

Dynamics provides not just a personal coach, but a mentor. I joined in high school and have been there ever since. Now in my twenties it has helped me prevent injury and attend numerous military schools and helped me achieve my athletic and health goals. It’s about building yourself from the ground up and they factor in you mental health just as much as you physical health. With everyone coming from different backgrounds, ages and goals in mind. They will gear a personalized approach for every individual. Training some of the top athletes and professionals, dynamic health and fitness stays on top amongst competitors. A huge part is also education. Growing up they give mentorship classes to all age groups about time management, nutrition and even sleep management. To say that I consider myself lucky to be a client of Dynamic Health and Fitness is an understatement. When I tore the labrum in my hip, I was a very active 38 year old. After a year of physical therapy, chiropractic, etc., I still couldn’t even walk through a grocery store without pain and was definitely scared. I was sent for an MRI, which revealed the tear, and referred to an orthopedic surgeon. There, I was told the treatment was open hip surgery, an invasive and major surgical procedure requiring days in the hospital and at least six weeks on crutches or a walker. After doing research, I found the surgery was successful for less than half of the patients, wasn’t very successful at reducing pain, and most did not return to their normal activity level, pre injury. Many eventually went on to have hip replacements later. I couldn’t accept this and kept researching for another solution, which led me to DHF. It was my last and only small hope. After a consultation with Nick, who spent time evaluating the injury, my history, etc., he told me how he could help. After seeing multiple orthopedic surgeons whose opinions were all alike, physical therapists, chiropractors, etc. where I couldn’t find relief, I was skeptical. That was four years ago. Thanks to working with Nick, my body is strong, resilient, and balanced with no pain. With his intelligence, knowledge, caring and dedication, I’m in the best physical condition of my entire life and I’m rarely reminded my hip is even injured. For me, this is nothing short of a miracle.

Eight years ago I ran my last race of the season and everything ached. I knew I needed a better training plan and found this gym and Bryan. I am stronger and more in shape than ever. I completed a Spartan race with Nick and the obstacle course class. The yoga is excellent and the private sessions focused on my specific body issues. I live the people I gave met and feel more supported here than in a regular gym.

My wife and I joined Dynamic Health & Fitness in early 2017 as we needed a program to help hold us accountable with our fitness. With our busy lifestyles (both working and 2 kids under 10) finding time to work out was quite difficult. The initial fitness assessment by Nick Leader was tremendous and he immediately picked up on an ankle I had injured during High School basketball that continued to plague me. After a month of 1:1 sessions I joined a group class with a focus on Spartan Run training. We went from being unable to run a mile and having back issues/pain to just completing our 3rd Spartan Run with no more back pain and plans to do several more challenging runs next year. The group that trains at the facility is incredibly supportive as we work hard and know how to have fun at the same time, making the classes something we look forward to instead of dreading. Jay, Brian, & Nick are true assets to the CNY fitness industry as their focus is on long term mobility, stability and flexibility instead of short term results that often times result in injury or not accomplishing your goals long term.

Dynamics Health and Fitness helped me substantially. On August 24, 2014 I shipped to Fort Benning Georgia for Infantry OSUT training, before that date I was attending Dynamics regularly. They helped me get stronger and faster no doubt about it, but my trainer Nick also helped me just as much mentally; which is a big thing you need not only in the Army but with sports and life in general. The trainers in the studio genuinely care about every one of their students. I see them get to the level of each and every person ranging from ages I'm assuming to be 5 to 80.
When I got back from training I went straight back to the studio to train again (it still wasn't easy for me even graduating as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army.) Long story short I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to get into top notch shape or anyone that is just trying to live a more healthy lifestyle.

I first met Nick when I started the DHF ACL prevention program. As I advanced with the ACL prevention program I decided I wanted to continue at DHF because I would become a better athlete and stronger for my upcoming lacrosse career at The University of Vermont. Nick has prepared me to hit the ground running at UVM in endless ways. Nick has helped me gain confidence, quickness, flexibility, and strength - both mentally and physically. I truly believe that going to DHF and having Nick as my trainer helped me achieve all of my goals!

The golf program that I went through was some of the best golf training I have experienced. The training that Bryan Morgan and Nick Leader put me through completely elevated my golf game. This program created by Jay Morgan helped me continue to play competitive golf. From this program I picked up 30 yards on all of my clubs. I used to drive consistently around 250, but now I am consistently driving the ball 280-290yds! Definitely worth going through and will improve your golf performance!

I joined dynamic to build strength and increase my vertical jump. I was very pleased with my experience there. I reached all my goals that I set before starting dynamic. Nick Leader is a great trainer beacuse he cares for the people there and he has great advice physically and nutritionally. I would defiantly recommend Dynamic Health & Fitness to anyone who wants to look and feel better.

I have worked with Jay at Dynamic for over 10 years. There are no cookie cutter programs. Depending on your goals and physical condition custom work out plans are designed and updated regularly. Theses guys invest a lot time, money, education to have the best equipment and knowledge to help their clients. I highly recommend them.
