Great experience, very knowledgeable. I have very bad arthritis and very high arches in my feet..The salesman listened to me and in less than five minutes, I was fitted to the perfect fitting and comfortable sneakers. I will definitely go back. Thank you Fleet Feet!!!!

Great place to get shoes for runners of all experience levels. Got myself back into it and have been buying the same shoes since my fitting and just got my daughter fitted. Skip the named retail sporting goods stores and go here if you truly want a good running shoe.

Went to this store to get medical inserts for sneakers and shoes. I was extremely impressed by Wayne who came to help me right after I walked in the door. He had me try on 3 different types of inserts and walk around store to try them out. When I had questions, he explained things very clearly to me. This company was recommended by my podiatrist. Since Fleet Feet also sells my favorite brand of sneakers(Brooks), when I need new Brooks, I will do so through Wayne. While this store is 20+ minutes from my home, it's well worth the trip.

Great experience! I was created immediately upon walking into Fleet Feet! The sales associate listened to my reasons for wanting new sneakers, took my foot measurements, explained the results and gave me multiple options to choose from.

I came here on kind of a whim. Usually I am a total tightwad about shoes and just find name brands for cheap. I was already in the plaza at other stores and scoped Fleet Feet out because I really needed new sneakers. I get in and start peeking at the shoes on the shelf and immediately had some sticker shock. BUT, the sales professional was perceptive. She asked me what my needs were for shoes and I mentioned mine. She offered to scan my feet. I love technology so I’m like hell yeah, let’s do it. She then asks me what my range is for shoes and I admit I’m trying to stick to the lower price range. This angel grabs two pairs from the back in my size. First pair I try on is magic, but I tried the other on anyway, since she went to the trouble. My girl found the two pairs on sale for my cheap self. And then gave me 15% off more at the register. It was quick and efficient and she gave no indication of caring about my desire to not spend a fortune. I will for sure go back.

Brian promised me I'd feel like Cinderella when I walked out and he was right. The sneakers and inserts will be my go-to footwear when walking the dog or just being on my feet all day. And those comfy slides/sandals are like walking on marshmallows. I should have gone to Fleet Feet months ago. I highly recommend the store and Brian in particular.

Everything was great. Sales Associates were professional and attentive. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes wich included measurements. I purchased 2 pair of New Ballance sneakers and couldn't be happier with them! I highly recommend this store!

I recently went for new shoes for my AFO. The first pair I got fit well,
being that I didn't have my brace yet. once I did get my brace and started wearing it with the shoes, my toes went numb and I needed to get a different size. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and informed the staff was. They mismatched the shoes (one extra wide for the brace, the other normal). And didn't upcharge me for the price difference. I highly recommend this place.

My son has had issues with blisters over the past 6 months. The young man we say was knowledgeable and very helpful. Bought sneakers and socks. I have always been impressed with the attention to detail that the sales people use and the suggestions they offer. Always pleased

Amazing 1:1 customer service. The associate took the time to listen. They’re very knowledgeable about the products in their store. I had a much better experience at this specific location. They’re not rude nor pushy. They help you find shoes for any need you may have.

I was waited on quickly and efficiently. I was fitted and the salesperson brought several pairs of sneakers for me to try and 1 of them fit perfectly. I’ve had surgery on both feet and needed to be fitted. I’ll be going back to get another pair in the fall

Practically bespoke service at Fleet feet. Went there my first time this week, but always heard good things. The fit techs really know what shoes to recommend, and the foot scan is really nice too.

Stopped 5 mins before their closing time,(didn’t know their hours) salesperson was friendly and VERY helpful. Walked out 15 minutes later with the perfect sneaker, AND they were on sale! Very GOOD night! Thanks Fleet Feet! Awesome job!

This is the best running shoe store I have ever been to. Fleet Feet helps find solutions for running shoes. They provide great service. They encourage running in the community. And they allow you to return your shoes if they don't work when you get them outside.
