Parking is good and free in this stripmall next to QFC.

I went in for a watchband to get fitted. They have an inside service technician and usually do their work on Tuesdays.

My watch was done on time and at a reasonable price. Loved that the invoice they game me had the picture of my watch that was getting worked on as well as the watch I was using as a guide. It was tuned perfectly.

I'll come back to shop!

Debbie and her staff were so friendly and helpful today. I came in with my daughter today, who was having ear pain due to her ear piercing from 4 years ago (somewhere else). We are visiting from out of town and I was searching for a knowledgeable jeweler and piercer who could help figure out how to help my daughter. She helped us diagnose what was wrong and how to help it. She was so sweet to my daughter who was a bit nervous. She gently cleaned my daughter’s ear, the new earrings, with longer stems, got them in smoothly,
and even gave us a bottle of solution to help keep the hole clean. She was so kind and helpful I asked her another random question. I had second holes done 20 years ago but stopped wearing earring a few years after that. One hole is still open but the other was closed half way. She expertly and patiently was able to get my earring in pretty much pain-free. I’m so appreciative for her help with both our situations and during such a busy time for them (right before Christmas). Oh so grateful.

I had my engagement ring repaired here recently and I can’t say enough great things about the experience at Marlow's. They repaired my ring and it looks better than ever! The owner was very kind and she gave me good advice about future care for my ring. It was a quick turn around time and very fairly priced. It seems like it’s a family business too, which I love.. after more than 30 years I trusted Will to repair my Nana's ring. Granted there were a few stones missing when she gave it to me but when it lost another stone just recently, I went to talk to Will. I knew he and Debbie sold estate jewelry but after speaking with Will, I learned about his passion and expertise in working with estate jewelry. Thank you for making my Nana's ring look brand new like the day my Pop-Pop gave it to her in the early 1920's - I know she is smiling as much as I am!

Fist of all, Will and his wife Debbie is some of the nicest and sweetest people you'll ever meet!

Spend an hour in the shop, and you'll discover that they know most customers by first name, and they all get hugs.

It's a family business and they've been in the jewelry business for decades, so they really know what they're doing. You should actually go and see Will's work for your self, it is craftsmanship at it's finest!

I'm a pretty tough woman to please when it comes to jewelry and jewelers, but someone recommended Will and I decided to give it a try.

I needed alterations to my engagement ring, sizing for another diamond ring, two wedding bands rhodium plated and two pairs of earrings, and a pendant set in new white gold settings. And let me tell you, I could not have been more happy with the result!

Also Will is a fair guy! He will not charge more then absolutely necessary!
He gave me the best deals he could on everything, and speaking from both local and international experience, you will not get better prices anywhere else!

This shop is a hidden gem! I highly recommend taking the trip there! It's worth the drive!

Couldn't be happier. If you're afraid that smaller, locally owned businesses are going away, then please support businesses such as Marlow's. I was shopping for a necklace for my wife for Christmas, using an existing stone from one of her mother's old rings. She wanted it in a specific setting, so I took the pic and shopped it around several places including Fred Meyer. Not only was Marlow's the cheapest, (by a considerable amount), but the customer service was excellent. I was given several choices for the chain, given a written estimate, and told what my credit would be for the gold ring, which some places didn't even offer. All this was done in a timely manner before Christmas and it turned out great. They said if she didn't like the chain, she could come pick out a different one and pay or be credited for any price difference.
We don't really buy jewelry, but if you do, definitely go check Marlow's out!

Went to a few different jewelry stores to buy an engagement ring but ended up choosing Marlow's for their service. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and found me the perfect ring (which I didn't think would be possible!). He wasn't pushy at all which made the experience very comfortable. The fact that it is a husband and wife team, in the business for many years, made it that much better. Will return to them for future purchases!

I can very easily say that Will and Debbie take care of their customers very well. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from Marlow's last month and I have nothing but great things to say. Will and Debbie took the time to bring in several stones to look at after I began to tell them exactly what I was looking for. After bringing in a few, they learned what my likes and dislikes were, and continued to search for the perfect one. They ensured that I found the "ONE." After finding the perfect diamond, Will made sure that the setting was just right but designing it himself. With 30+ years of being in the business, I trusted him with the design after listening to my vision and it came out perfect! My fiance could not be happier with the ring and I wouldn't choose another jeweler! It's amazing the time and dedication they take with each of their customers. Will and Debbie are both very friendly and the workmanship is beautiful. I had to have my wedding set cut off and took it to them in three pieces. Less that a week later it was ready (repaired and sized) and I still can't believe how incredible it looks! You cannot tell that the rings have ever been cut - they look as wonderful as the day my husband gave them to me.
I highly recommend Marlow's...you won't be disappointed!

I had two great experiences at Marlow's Fine Jewelry and would highly recommend. I first stopped by to get my ears pierced and Debbie really took pride in her craft. She thought of every little detail and made sure I was taken care of. I then left a piece of jewelry with them for some fine-tuning and was pleased with the care they took. These folks have the experience and it is very clear with each service that I've requested.

I needed one ear pierced and called several tattoo parlors and jewelers. Debbie Marlow was so nice on the phone that I decided to stop there on my way home from work. This establishment is definitely first class. The jewelry they sell is gorgeous, and Debbie is skilled at piercing - more than that, though, she and her husband made me feel welcome. I scarcely felt the piercing and was treated like a queen. I'll be going back for more piercings (and some diamond earrings!) before long. Wonderful experience.

5 stars are not enough. Debbie and the entire staff are so caring and wonderful. My daughter came in for an ear piercing and she was very scared. Debbie was incredibly patient and empathetic. We only got one ear done ;) but we will be back when kiddo is ready for the other side! :) can’t express enough how much I appreciate everyone’s professionalism and kindness. My experience at Marlow's has been fantastic! The owners are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had requested someasome to my engagement ring and the result was exactly what I had imagined! They also don't use the kind of pushy sales tactics that you might see in some of the bigger chain stores. I will, without a doubt, use Marlow's for all of my jewelry needs!

Will and Debbie are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. They have always gone out of their way to find the perfect gift for me and my husband. The beautiful Hawaiian heirloom bracelet was a perfect 25th Anniversary gift. They have beautiful quality jewelry and exceptional values. The quality of service was second to none. They also have a top notch repair shop so they help keep all my jewelry looking great !

I never imagined my experience shopping for an engagement ring could go this smoothly and this well. Will and Debbie Marlow made the experience fun and painless. I want to share the story of what led me to select Marlow's Fine Jewelry to craft my engagement ring and why I won't shop for jewelry anywhere else from here forward.

Pretty early into our time dating, my then girlfriend told me her family had been holding a ring for her that was handed down from her late grandfather, who was a jeweler. She shared with me how close she was with her late grandfather and how special it would be to see his ring and one day use the diamond from his ring as the centerpiece for her engagement ring. Knowing how much this family memento meant to her, I knew I had to find the right jeweler to craft her engagement ring and restore her grandfather’s tarnished ring to its previous luster with the level of care I’d expect from my own family. Based on my heightened expectations for personal care and attention to detail, I decided to focus on independently owned jewelry stores and steered away from the big box stores. Based on the excellent feedback I received from friends at work and from online reviews I read, I decided to make a trip to Marlow’s one weekend...I’m so glad I did. With great enthusiasm, Will and Debbie walked me through the countless engagement ring options and helped me select a gorgeous setting for her grandfather’s diamond which she’s been complimented on non-stop since our engagement. They also took great care to clean and restore her grandfather’s ring to its original look. After carefully extracting the diamond from her grandfather’s ring, they replaced the diamond with a new CZ and brought the ring back to like new again. All of this they did while also making me feel as if I were family. This happened each and every time I visited the store. My now fiancé and I are sold on shopping for our cherished jewelry at Marlow’s from here onward. Our wedding bands and our future jewelry needs will be purchased through Marlow’s.

Since I can only give 5 stars to describe the level of attentiveness, attention to detail, care, service, and family feel that you’ll get from shopping at Marlow’s, reluctantly, that’s what I’ll have to do. After 25 years, I wanted to update my wedding rings. Debbie and Will helped me create a unique, stunningly beautiful ring! I was able to personally select the stones, help create the design and they shared the entire creation process step by step with me. Stopped in on a whim with my girlfriend a couple months ago. We were getting ideas for an engagement ring. Will and Debbie gave us their full attention and really tried to get to know us. Because of the service I decided to stop back in a couple months later to pick out a ring. Will immediately remembered me and arranged for me to see some options. A week later I was back and picking out a beautiful ring that my fiance loved. Will is a straightforward and trustworthy person who looks out for his clients. Extremely personable and professional, he really treats his customers well. He got the diamond certified for insurance and everything.
