Ross Dress for Less

I was pleasantly surprised, how clean, well organized and maintained store was, great customer service, I asked to show me something from jewelry case, and he did right away, and also he offered his help, in case if I will need it.

This Ross store is clean and well kept. Ross is great for household items and decor. I found the perfect rug for my long narrow bathroom today.

From the moment I walked in to this location I knew this would be my new Ross to shop at. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly cashier, their was not security at the door which is just a nice touch.

The store has lots of items and the nice thing is that it's not crowded shelves jam backed with merchandise where you can not even see what is there. Almost all Ross stores I have been in lack that so it was a nice surprise.

I did not get the cashier name but she was so friendly and helpful. She really took her time with my merchandise and did not just throw it in the bag. Will be returning to this location.

This place is something else. You're not going to find treasures like these just anywhere

Nice store short staff so be ready for long lines.
Some people are rude to the staff at the store if they don't want to wait they can leave with out making a tantrum.
When Restrooms are close is for a reason they don't just closed just because they want to. If the Restroom are not working and let people used it guess what people will complain why you didn't close the Restroom if you knew they are not working .
Is why you used the bathroom on your home not retails you don't know what kind of people used it.
1: I have seen people get mad because is only 1 cashier 1 person try to clean the store as a lit of people don't know how to behave and let their kids run wild and blame the store if the kids get hurt I mean who is the responsible person to take care of the kids as far as I know ross is a store not a daycare or public Restroom.
2. Is has been only like 3 persons at night so is not enough people.
3. People get upset if they can use the restrooms or fitting rooms.
4 people let a mass on the store specially toys, shoes, kitchen and bedroom they open a lot of stuff and brake stuff but they never complain about that.
5: thankfully I do not work on retail because I will be mad too if I see dumb people act like they own the store not caring of how they left the store
6: I always enjoy the trip to Ross but when I see people who get offended when they told them restrooms or fitting room is close I get mad because they think the staff us just lying.
Overall ross need to update the policies and make the restrooms not public fitting room if is no one to take care of that of course it will be close.
An amazing team they have and for few people who don't know how to behave go somewhere else to make a mass and a tantrum just because you can't use the restrooms or fitting room

I like this Ross, Staff is very nice. I just feel for them sometimes there's a huge , HUGE line with only one employee on register because that's all they have :(

One of my favorite stores to buy clothes. I love to be well dressed and I often find beautiful things there. For example, I love the Calvin Klein brand, but in France it's excessively expensive, but here the brands are accessible

I hadn’t been in a Ross store since I went into the store in Bellevue a couple years ago and found customers threw merchandise on the floor. Made me so disappointed in the customers. But I was pleasantly surprised to find this store clean and found some great deals on cephalon pan, a bag for work and glass storage bowels which were both twice as much on sale at Fredmeyer. I would have shopped longer but it was almost closing time. The clerk let me know I got 10% off for for 55 yrs and older day. Great experience!

Clean, and well organized compared to other Ross stores I've been to, quick checkout was nice! (COVID times, reduced capacity could be the reason, but it was good either way)

It's fun Hunting For Treasures has changed a Bit And wait for Cashier for a Bit But it's fun.

Ross use to have so much more in the past.
Now, really nothing. And it doesn't seem to matter what Ross. Very sad.

Good price for good brands. Not all sizes available, you have to make a compromise between what you want and what's available. And keep your receipt if you want to return for a full refund.

I love this store, they always have new stuff, for perfect prices . . Do not hesitate to go there !

Me and my friend drive all the way from Kent & Renton to shop at this Ross. it's very clean, perfectly stocked inventory, and very helpful, greeting and pleasant staff.

They had a lot of good things here and as always great prices, anytime I go to Ross I leave with great items.

Fun to visit for the first time out shopping since March. Good selection. Safe environment.
