Rite Aid

This review is long overdue about a remarkable and stellar human being, Bruce, who is the most beautiful person I have encountered in a very long time.
Bruce is someone whom everyone needs in their daily existence~ the sunshine and spirit lifter, without a doubt! He goes unnoticed doing his best to make sure every customer is valued. The world needs to stop and take a page from Bruce’s book of care and compassion while serving others in the public. He’s shy, yet caring, compassionate and diligent, while making sure he gets the customer in and out of the store in a very timely and most polite way. Bruce will go the extra mile to assist a customer even though he’s busy with other duties in the store. He’s so rich in the gifts he possess; ultimately, resulting in the spirit of giving and caring, unconditionally, and is a stellar soul whom I dearly admire and appreciate. To sums up Mr Bruce’s character: he’s
“All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today”.

I went in to get my COVID vaccine and I was a bit late but still got it quick and easy. The pharmacist was very competant and nice. It was very quick. When I couldn't find something in the store, one of the pharmacy persons came out and took me to it. I was actually impressed with the whole trip. They're good.

The staff at the Rite Aid Pharmacy are so knowledgeable and always willing to help me out! Whether it’s just the usual prescription pick up or a booster/vaccination, they’re always there and provide great advice and support! I would highly recommend this pharmacy for any and all vaccination or prescription purposes; they’re all so friendly and kind and go above and beyond to get me what I need.

Brian and Shirley are very kind , emphatic and helpful pharmacists at Rite Aid in Issaquah They go out of their way to help and definitely understand the importance of customer service. If you need help, I would look for them at the Rite Aid in Issaquah.

I needed a refill on my inhaler while visiting Issaquah from Ellensburg. I was approx 20 minutes away when I called and got Brian on the phone. He didn't see a refill so he called my Dr office and had them fax a new prescription while I was on my way. By the time I arrived it was just in time, I could barely get to the counter but my inhaler was ready for pick up!! The lovely blonde lady rang me up very quickly so I could get to my product and use it...
As I got back to my car I burst into thankful tears. I CANNOT tell you how much I appreciate them going above and beyond what's expected these days. You saved me quite a bit of money not having to go into an urgent care with no insurance. Thank you team Rite Aid... I'm brand-loyal for life!! 😃

Best pharmacy ever! I came here after I finally had enough of the dog and pony show at CVS in target. The pharmacist actually gives a care about your well-being and they treat you like a human and not a drug addict when picking up adhd meds for my kid.

As much as I hate to visit a pharmacy as it usually means that I am injured or have been inflicted with some disease (i.e. cancer), I am always greeted by the Issaqquah pharmacy staff with warmth. Over the last 15 years I have unfortunately visited them on a fairly regular basis but it is always a pleasure to talk with them on a personal level and to receive their professional consultation on the meds I will be shoving down my throat. They seem to be working at 110% most of the time, but never fail to great me with a smile and some friengly chat. I regret that I am this familiar with a pharmacy but I actually look forward to seeing what I now consider my friends at the Issaquah pharmacy. Cheers to you all and be well!

This pharmacy is the best in the area, in my experience. Staff are competent and nice. They are hard to reach on the phone at times, but when they do answer, I always get help, unlike other area pharmacies. That’s why 4 stars. But I think many of these pharmacies are understaffed and some meds are still in short supply which makes it tough.

Nice and clean. Good lighting. Checkout took too long and lines got too long before someone called for help.
