Tile Town Carpet One Floor & Home

From the moment we were assisted by Nate and his staff with picking out our carpet to having their professional come to our home for a measurement Tile and Carpet Town was so helpful and and accommodating. Our carpet installers were careful and clean even taking away every piece of scrap and vacuuming before they left. Carpet looks spectacular and made a huge improvement to our room.

the work for a bathroom floor order of new floor and installation was in Kathy Rode's name. Tom from the bayberry store did the order and scheduled the installation. He was very professional
and friendly and knowledgeable.
Mike and Jacob Fox did the installation and I was very happy with their work. They were very friendly and considerate of what I wanted and how I wanted the floor to look. They did a great job and I love the floor. I would highly recommend them for any future installations to anybody looking for a new floor.

Jason and Ryan were awesome! They did a great job and were very pleasant to communicate with! I will definitely request them for our next project! We also love the carpet and the cushy feel of it!

Staff was excellent from the sales person to the workers. Sales person Flora has great design ideas and was a tremendous help in helping us choose the flooring we wanted to replace. The workers were great. They were always on time and did an excellent job. We absolutely love our new floors!

Jay & Ryan showed up early and ready to go… They began the job and never stopped once until the job was completed. They were friendly courteous and respectful 150%. I monitored them throughout the large, difficult project and they did it right without ANY shortcuts. Once completed, they returned all furniture and cleaned up the entire mess. In my world, if my wife is happy, I’m happy…

They took steps to prevent tracking any dirt into our home, explained what they would be doing, and then they worked without pause until the job was complete. First it started with Joe, in Sales, who was incredible to work with. He is beyond helpful and knowledgeable! We ordered bedroom, hall and stairway carpet and it is gorgeous. The price was extremely affordable. Mike and Jacob did the installation and we were blown away by the care and attention to detail they showed. I highly recommend Tile and Carpet One Floor and Home to one and all. We are doing three other rooms with them soon.

Amazingly professional job from the showroom to the finished job. I could not be home to supervise the job, but the installer, Mike, was extremely professional. He let me know when he arrived, he sent my photos of the progress and kept in touch on every detail and decision. And when he finished, he thoroughly cleaned the job site--how often do you get that kind of service from a contractor? I will most definitely use Tile Town again!

Mike and Naz did a great job installing new carpet throughout our home. From the removal of the 20+ year old old carpet and pad to the cleanup and prep for the beautiful new carpet! They worked tirelessly and efficiently and they were both very friendly and professional. Lori was great to work with as well! Our initial install date was the week of Christmas and she worked hard to get our installation moved up by almost a month! Such a great company to work with! We wouldn’t but flooring anywhere else!

Mike and Jacob did a great job of installing my new carpet today! They went above and beyond what most people would do. In and out in 2 hours and they were courteous and explained everything.

We absolutely love our floors. We had to wait a few months for product to arrive but they got right to work when it arrived. The installation workers were professional and friendly and worked very hard getting it done. They kept us updated during the whole process. The workers cleaned up everything when they were done . The laminate wood flooring that we chose looks incredible!
It was a great decision to go with Tile & CarpetTown and I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Jacobs, did a fantastic job today and the better part of this week.The carpet in the family room and the stairs matched perfectly with each other. Thanks a lot to the help from Nate Mike did a special Job replacing the carpet on the steps. Mike’s did a fantastic job, rebuilding the step from the family room into the dining room, Mike and Jacob removed and replaced the ramp from for my wheelchair.They removed all of the furniture at the start of the job and replaced it all and the end of the end. Excellent customer service. Tom helped us pick out our bathroom floors and tile for the shower! The installer did a fantastic job on installing the floors and gave his professional opinion on the layout of the vinyl planks and how to care for them.
