Clean store, but more importantly, FANTASTIC customer service. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Lauren, a cashier, and proud employee of Harbor Freight's. She is a wonderful surprise in terms of friendliness and professional care. What a joy it was to have had her assistance.

The woman who I believe manages this store is great. She's always at the front of the store training new employees and being available, willing, and capable of answering questions and providing professional advice. I probably wouldn't have been able to do the necessary work on my car without her help. Also, the store had all the tools I needed at reasonable prices.

The best deals on tools and equipment for most things. Absolutely the place to go when you have a one-time job you need a one-time tool.

I’m speaking for my fiancé Alan. He purchased a item today and when we came home it had broken part. Of course we came right back to return it, Peyton took such good care of him and went above and beyond to make sure he got the broken item replaced ASAP. Excellent customer service! Definitely Five stars for Peyton!

I have always loved this company for their tools and the low prices. Now they are actually putting out great quality tools at low prices. I was looking for a tool that I needed for a very specific job and was not going to overpay for a superior tool. This store had really great associates working there. I was able to find exactly what I needed with their help.

This place is awesome has a lot of tools cheap and has a lot of stuff that you don't find in other stores a large variety of things that you can use to build and decorate your house and use in your house I purchase multiple things almost every time I go there I would recommend this place to anybody who needs tools and doesn't have a lot of money

I went there for the first time yesterday. They have great durable merchandise. I'll be shopping there for a long time. The e cashier was very nice. A good guy. Only problem I had was that I walked around for a little while searching for what I needed and no one asked if they could help me. I finally asked the cashier for help and he jumped right on it though. Twice. He needs a raise.

I went here for a killer deal on a tool kit I bought for our business. I found some coupons while I waited in line, and they let me use them from my phone. Also, they let me stack the coupons, so I got like $8 off AND a free tarp. It's like a useful walmart? IDK, just awesome in general.

Went there to get a gantery crane as the store in Watertown sold the one they had and the manager didn't know when they would restock another one. This store was easy to find, very friendly service and loaded the gantry crane in my truck no problem. Store is well organized, great selection. Will go there again next time I am down that way.

A great newer harbor freight store! We drove 70 plus miles past the one that's close to it to go there to get an item the other watertown store wouldn't restock. The best one yet we been too! Friendly and helpful staff also!

The 16 inch electric chain saw made real fast work of the big tree that came done in my yard. At least a foot across and it went threw like butter .I'd get a saw like it again if I needed another it's the Bauer 16 inch.

Good tools at a great price. They have done their job over and over again. Visited and picked up a few tools I needed and they were priced just right.

Very helpful staff. They were out of what I was looking for but looked to see if the north Syracuse store had 1. They did they called to see if they actually had it in stock. They did. I asked them to hold it I would be right there. He told me that the n. Syracuse store doesn't hold items. Luckily it was still there when I got there.
