We had an amazing lunch here and it was delicious! Meliza waited us so nicely and was very attentive. The food tasted amazing and the environment was great

Amazing food. Our server recommended alfredo sauce to enjoy with our bread and gave hoenst opinions on items on the menu. It was an amazing experience with me and my wife!

Usually visited with co-workers or
ordered catering for work meetings and never realized how huge their portions were until today 😂

They really are a very good option to visit with group of friends, relatives or co-workers 👍🏻

Today my husband and I visited for lunch, and we just realized their portions are: extraordinary 😂 and the food (every single dish) was very good!

The service was incredibly fast, despite being at full capacity and with a line outside, it only took us about 10 minutes to get a table - the orders came out right on time and the food was in perfect conditions - our server Tom was extraordinary and was always passing by to make sure everything was alright, and even got us warm bread sticks to take back home with us! :)

The place was neat, clean, organized and running smoothly 👍🏻 the GM passing by all tables to check on everybody - he even approached us speaking spanish because he realized we were speaking spanish and some other clients in english, which makes you feel very comfortable 😊

We ordered:

- One appetizer:
Shrimp Fritto Misto (too much food 😂)

- One Classic Entree:
Tour of Italy, which brings chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and classic lasagna and comes with never ending soup or salad + breadsticks (chose salad)

- One Classic Entree:
Chicken & Shrimps Carbonara, which comes with never ending soup or salad + breadsticks (chose Zuppa Toscana)

- Water, one beer and one spiked raspberry lemonade

It all made USD$76 + tip
which we believe was pretty fair!

Waiting time is good. The food excellent. Very fresh breads

Olive garden has to be one best restaurants I been too because of their customer service. The waiters are courteous and attentive. Not only do they check up on you but the managers also do as well and asks if everything is okay. They check up often. The food is delicious and the wait isn’t bad.

Always the perfect place to dine in, excellent the food . I personally asked the waitress cause I was between 2 plates to decide and her opinion was the best !!!!

The service was very good. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. However the food was very bland. However the pasta was cooked well but there wasn't enough sauce and didn't have much flavor. I didn't like that we were seated right next to the entrance either.

My Mom order medium rare, my Nephew ordered medium. Halfway through eating her steak I noticed my Mom was eating the medium steak while my Nephew was devouring the medium rare. I informed our waitress that their stakes were given to them backwards, she apologized told her she will let the chef know. A few minutes later the chef came out I explained to him what happened he was very polite and apologetic and asked if we would like new steaks, my Mom says yes, but my Nephew said no, probably because he enjoyed eating the medium rare steak that wasn't for him😅.
Not so long after the chef came out with a fresh medium rare steak for my Mom he once again apologize for the inconvenience, we told him it's okay it's not a big deal but thank you!

I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the waitress, and the chef, but you two are awesome! Kudos to the staff!

The atmosphere was very family friendly.

The servers were friendly.(our server Denise 1/27/2023) did a superb job.
The food was delicious.

Will have to go back one day and try other things on the menu.

Their items are very high in calories but delicious.

The service was great, we had the soup and salad and the waitress gave us extra olives. The breadsticks were very fresh too. Would go again.

Absolutely amazing experience my server lenny was great, the place is super busy please be patient & considerate! Food was tasty, fresh & i am a drinker loved the bellinis ! Will come back again ! Had the blessing of having lenny both times i came, as my server, ask for him. Great spot for date night or family outing definitely recommend

Eliza is an amazing bartender, she provide me with a welcome warming smile when I sat at the bar. She when above & beyond looking for the Yankees game flip thru lots of channel making sure the I watch the game while having dinner. Kudos to her!!

I recently visited this restaurant for my daughter's birthday and they were very nice. I don't feel like I waited long at all, and the food was good to olive garden standards. There were a lot of birthdays and they made sure to sing to everyone. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.
In all, I certainly would recommend this place for good eats in cross county.

The staff and manager are nice. I'm sorry I forgot my last waitress's name but she was the best hands down. Every time I go now I would like to be placed in her section. No disrespect to the other waiters but she was really down to earth and made my Daughter smile and happy!

Second time eating here . First time writing a review . Awesome place to eat . The food was prepared and brought out in a reasonable time . The server was very nice in explaining the menu to our guests with us . I will return when I'm back in NY

To be honest, olive garden is one of my favorites. I actually enjoy sitting at the bar instead. There's no one hardly there and never disappoints me. But from time to time, we sit down, the waitress Ms. Richelle D is very professional , courteous and polite, and a great person. Can get enough of the wine selection we always get sevinion Blanc the house wine, good taste my favorite dish. The tour of Italy, my son, had the lasagna, and my wife had the parmesan eggplant, superv. The desserts donuts, and the lasagna chocolate cake. Very good. I highly recommend it is family oriented and the food is great.

We are at the bar and it was the best choice food was out quickly. The staff was funny and super nice the food was wonderful.

Yum and more yum! Starting with our waitress Jamila who was amazing, service was prompt and professional, drinks were tasty and food was very well seasoned, hot and delicious!
I am not usually a fan of Olive Garden but I believe this visit has restored my faith in this restaurant. Everyone from check in to check out were pleasant and professional.
