Clean Store with great Staff. Always helpful. Went to store with Jeans I received as a gift but was not able to find my receipt in the system. The Staff member was Polite and helpful in allowing me to exchange.

—However The app definitely needs to be updated as I’ve purchased many items
before and none show up.-

Staten Island EXPRESS store is amazing. The most incredibly friendly staff knowledgeable and accommodating. Peter. Kim and Wakea the 3 managers Literally go out of their way above and beyond to make sure the customer is properly treated and all issues are resolved. God bless the whole staff working through this pandemic and still with a smile the store has been my go to for many years. I have shopped in many express stores in many different cities and states and this one is by far the best as far as staff. Great quality clothes. Great prices. But it is truly the staff that makes this Store special. They are all great but Peter especially . I have been shopping with him for many years he is on point he knows what I like he knows how I like my clothing to fit. Extremely knowledgeable in fashion forward he is!! Favorite store ever! Thanks guys!!!

Staff at this store are incredibly friendly. They know their fashion and how to put an outfit together. I shop here often. Please people, when shopping be like me... Fold and put things back. Don't be messy. They work really hard keeping the store proper.

I highly recommend shopping at this Express location. Michelle provided terrific customer service and helped me pick a stunning outfit for my occasion. I would give her ten stars if I could.

The men's section was brilliant there was a sale section with gorgeous clothes and we got lots of great buys but the ladies not so much .Very friendly and helpful staff .Would recommend this store highly .

Great location. They have a fair selection and the staff was very helpful finding me what I was looking for especially my size. Shopping here was a pleasant experience
