Never been to this location, would love to go someday because all the plushies and goodies here look so cool! (Edit, the store closed :(

Went in with my family. We were the only black people in the store and one of the employees followed us around the entire time. All of these other people were free to roam but their 5 dollar kpop idol looking employee felt it was necessary to only follow us. Could've had everyone else stealing from the shop while he was assuming that we would.

No return or exchange policy when you open the box and you found out it's broken.

Easy and fast to assume your stealing maybe if they actually paid attention😡🤬
