I can truly never praise the LKW team for all that they have done for myself and my family, especially Lauren Lucas! We first reached out to her to schedule an appointment at the end of the month, but found out dream home the next day and she jumped all over it to help out that second. She is very quick to communicate and EXTREMELY detailed and thorough. She makes the experience easy and way less stressful. I have used her as my realtor twice and I will continue to use her as long as she is around! Our turnaround rate for finding and buying our dream home was as fast as her selling my current one. After fumbling through various options while trying to find a realtor for my home search and acquisition process, a good friend and seasoned KW agent based in Seattle (Heather Reick) was like, 'Ummm, noooo, why don't you try this person (Lauren Lucas)." Before talking to Lauren, Heather, who knew quite better than I, had made sure that Lauren was the absolute best person in the Keller Williams network operating in central Ohio to help me find my home. Even before we met, I was assured that Lauren had a unique set of skills that matched my needs, which were quite unique: Though from Columbus originally, I was planning a move back from abroad and needed someone who could handle time differences and WhatsApp, foreign income situations, home-scouting and -negotiating from a different continent, and also knowledge of rental and property management possibilities (for the property post-acquisition) in case of any delays in the international moving process. And Lauren came fully through on all of these - and more.

She was great negotiator, who represented my interests aggressively and effectively. Though she probably never wants to go through an inspection period with me ever again (I demanded tests, inspections, and estimates by the dozen), she never flinched at my requests, always had a last-minute expert available in case mine fell through, and was absolutely on point during a grueling inspection (and post-inspection, pre-acquisition) period of non-stop appointments. At various points, it felt like Lauren put so much of herself into making everything move forward, that it almost felt like she was fighting for the home as if it were her own (as well as mine). With Lauren's representation, stellar organization, and rapid-fire communication, I secured a beautiful home in an unbeatable location in record time.

Lauren was absolutely fantastic during our home buying adventure! We are moving from AZ back to OH, so she was our eyes and ears on the ground during the entire process. She was very thorough when explaining things to us and we knew that she truly had our best interests at heart the entire time. We would decide something one day and she was available the next to go look at a property for us. As you could imagine, there are a lot of moving parts in a cross country move, but Lauren’s constant communication and prompt replies to our questions really helped lessen the stress load. My husband and I will definitely be using Lauren for any further transactions and would also recommend to any of our friends and family!

It's hard to fully explain how great of an experience we had with Lauren when looking for a new home. During what is typically a very stressful time, Lauren made sure that our experience was exactly the opposite. Between being on top of any new listings and driving all around town anytime we wanted to see a house, she was always almost instant to respond and set up anything that we needed. Her company treats their clients as close friends, and they put on numerous events throughout the year for them which is a nice bonus to show how much they care.
