Fleet Feet Upper Arlington

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! They really took the time to work with me, hear what I was saying, and respond to some of my previous injuries / issues / etc... They were incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who cares about their running or walking shoes shop at Fleet Feet and particularly at the Upper Arlington location.

My experience was wonderful! I was met with a friendly sales associate that took me through the fitting process! She fit me into my first pair of Hoka running shoes! She made sure they fit perfectly before my purchase. I will definitely return when I need a new pair.

Great experience for the a new runner. Had my feet and gate evaluated in minutes and walked me through a no-pressure personalized shoe matching session. I actually did this at another store and came to this one to buy my shoes as they were in stock at this location. 5 stars for sure

Andrew was incredible! As soon as we walked in, he asked us how he could help us with a smile on his face. He took his time doing the scans and explaining everything to us before making recommendations for both me and my fiancé. We both got one pair of day to day shoes and trail shoes, and we love them! Overall fantastic first experience here.

Great store, knowledgeable and professional staff. I recommend this store not only for your running needs, but for shoe inserts. The inserts have made a huge difference for me.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. The sales associate Jesus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me showing me my foot measurements and I got many interesting insights about my feet and some of the issues I had been having. Jesus brought out many different shoes for me to try and even showed me a new technique for tying my shoes. The store was busy, but I felt like I was the only person in there due to the personalized attention of the sales associate. I will definitely recommend this store my friends and family. My purchase at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington was excellent! My sales representative, Sarah, was very helpful and courteous. She was well versed in the product line. She was also very patient with me as I tried on several pairs of shoes.

Will was excellent, I am new to running. He put me on the machine that measured my feet. Had me walk on the treadmill. Gave me all kinds of great information. I tried on 3 different brands of shoes, all 3 felt great. I ended up buying 2 different pairs, each for a different reason and so far so good. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet in Upper Arlington, and especially Will.

Very professional. I felt very comfortable communicating with the associate that called my number. I did not feel pressured to go beyond my budget. All of my questions were answered. I was helped quickly even though it was busy. The pricing was fair. All around an A+ experience. I was not pressured to write this review either. I wanted to go out of my way to compliment the experience! I will only shop for shoes here from now on.

THEY HAVE 15s IN STOCK!!!!!! I had not tried shoes on in a store since I was 13 years old (when I wore 13s). Customer service is awesome and they measure your feet with technology. 10/10 recommended

Excellent experience. The sales person feels more like a consultant. She focused on what my daughter needed, not on making a sale. She was really knowledgeable about feet and getting the right fit. And… the prices were good (I compared prices!)

I was SO impressed at the professionalism/knowledge/equipment used to evaluate the best shoe for my feet. It was clear the staff was highly trained and interested in giving me the right shoe for my feet! And I loved the fact that the interactive 3-D analysis was available to be shared through email!

I’ve been to many places, including some attached to an orthopedic practice and non of them provide service as well as fleet feet. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. You never feel like they are rushing you and their recommendations are on the spot! Great job!!

I walked into Fleet Feet Upper Arlington yesterday and had exceptional service the moment i walked into the store, the lady that helped me recommended a pair of shoes that worked better for the type of workouts that I'd be doing and they felt amazing!

I went to Fleet Feet for the first time this week, not knowing what to expect. Upon entry to the store, I immediately recognized how many associates were scattered throughout the store, working directly with customers. You don't see this anymore, anywhere! I had an opportunity to work with a sales associate named Will, who was incredible. I have been battling plantar fasciitis and was in the market for new footwear and insoles. No joke, Will knew as much, if not more, than my physician about the inflammation in my foot and how best to treat it with their products. He must have spent an hour with me in total, and I just couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided and the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for new footwear to go check them out. I promise you won't regret it!

I have been buying my shoes from here for the last 15 years. They are just the best when it comes to customer service. They take their time to get you into the perfect shoe. If it's not perfect they are great about returns as well.

Great selection and customer service. They started off by getting a 3D scan of my feet in order to select the shoes that would best fit my feet and stride. Tried on a handful of shoes before arriving on the right pair. They were there to answer all my questions with no pressure to make a sale. Overall terrific experience!

I love Fleet Feet. I needed good walking shoes for a Europe trip and they helped me understand what my stride was like and the best shoe to support. They brought out so many shoes to try out. They were all great and I wish I could've bought them all.

Addressed my specific dr. recommended need (s), gave options, did not engage in any hard sell--and were willing and able to help me the soonest I was able to come in, which was at almost closing time.
