This Loft is absolutely phenomenal!!! I have shopped here on several occasions and the employees were always very helpful. My fiancée and I shopped on the morning before our engagement shoot and Abby went above and beyond to help us find the perfect outfits!!! They made multiple trips back to the dressing rooms to help use find the right sizes. They are very kind and helpful every time we go in.

I went in to make a return and purchase a shirt to go with a pair of pants I have. I was greeted when I walked in the door, which was good. However, I was not impressed with the fakeness of the manager. Mind you, I have had a card for Ann Taylor/Loft for more years than I can remember, and there have been some really pleasant people in this store. There have also been some down right snotty people. Today I encountered a rather snotty person. I love their clothes, but am not opposed to avoiding the store if this continues to happen
