He is an expert in his field and was able to answer all of our questions. We switched over three phones and all went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend visiting the Cricket location on Hoosick St in Troy. Both my visits have been easy and productive experiences. Marlon was especially friendly, patient, and helpful when I was there last week to change my plan and add a 2nd phone. He got me the best device for my needs and a really reasonable unlimited plan. If you're looking for a much cheaper alternative to the major brands in cell phones then Cricket Wireless is the place to go. Their network is comparable to Verizon, Sprint, and At&t. They have a large selection of phones. They offer specials for switching over your plan to them. They offer unlimited plans for calls, texts, and data. No contracts are needed and you will definitely save money. Their stores are always immaculate. The staff are trained well. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. Check them out the next time you're in need for a new cell phone or a new plan or are just sick of paying too much money.
