Had a new phone that wouldn’t esim from the old phone. Amber took care of me and the mc directing the queue was so helpful. I was able to make an appointment earlier in the day and glad I did because they were busy. Plan ahead but great service!

Went in to upgrade my daughters phone for her birthday. We we’re greated by Johnathon when we walked in. He further helped explain different options and specs on phones . At one point he came out from the back to help us “save” more money, and bring attention to a detail we missed. His customer service was exceptional, and very much appreciated. Everyone should be more like Johnathon.

I took my elderly mother who is hard of hearing and in a wheelchair to get a new phone. We had an appt and a very kind young man named Adam helped us. He cleaned the apps, turned off do not disturb, and helped fix her password issue and showed me everything so we could fix her phone next time.. Adam was genuinely patient, kind and helpful. We left with the reassurance that Mom's phone worked and a replacement was not needed. The service was incredible!!

My husband and I needed to get new phones...we had been putting it off..when we came into the store we were greeted so warmly and so professionally we felt we would have a good experience. We didn't have a good experience we had a great one thanks to Eric. He fixed us up with phones took his time and our experience was perfect. Thank you Eric!

First, I started on the phone to the call center. Horrible experience trying to verify I was buying a phone and making an appointment. They did not do either after at least 2 calls and a waste of an hour. So I went down to the Stone Creek store. ERIC said he would help me and he did. He gets the 5 stars. I upgraded my wife's phone and Eric helped us get her a new phone. He was courteous, professional, and just great to work with. I think I had him help me a few months back with my daughter's phone and wish I put a five star review for him at that time. In the end, I'm happy because of Eric and the friendly people in the store. I would recommend even though they are short staffed, to stop allowing the calls to go to a call center. Those people are worthless. Its the people in the store that are GREAT !!!

I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I had the most positive experience with John. He’s a very ethical and helpful sales rep. If I had found him when I first wanted to upgrade my phone I’d still be with Verizon.

I've been to other stores in the past who act like they don't care about anything but selling you extra stuff.

Here they made sure I was buying exactly what was right for my situation and I appreciated that.

I was a little irritated when they told me I had to transfer everything myself to my new phone, but they told me it was easy and they were right. I did it at home on my wifi, which took hours. I'm glad I didn't try to do that while I was there... I would have been stuck there the whole day.

They were even able to help my wife with her business account (which we didn't know they could do there). She switched her office phones to Verizon and got a better deal and more capabilities.

Everything took a little longer because they're short staffed, but so is my wife's company so we were understanding of that. She also is having trouble finding employees to hire...

Workers are very good. 5G internet is terrible. $50 restocking fee. Cannot return to store. Have to mail back yourself. Workers were very helpful getting mail return completed. Gave me box and label. I had to go to UPS to mail back.

Damian was very helpful, he not only got my phone fixed, he upgraded my son's phone and got my youngest child a phone account account set up. He was very informative and my wife and I are very thankful that he waited us especially since he took the time too look at our account and found out ways to save us money. Its a shame that more of your sales reps aren't like him!!!

Visited this location several times recently. Every time was enjoyable. While they were expectedly busy with the new iPhone release I was greeted at the door and got put in the queue which gave me time to browse. All that I encountered were extremely helpful and engaging, even when we weren't talking tech. I was helped several times by Josh which was great. We talked phones, Android and iPhone, tablets and even the smart home accessories that they carry which included a live demonstration. While I don't expect that I'll have to stop in very often I do highly recommend this location, staff was great.

First off this location helped me out a lot more than the customer service over the phone if I could talk to a person then they wanted to charge me $7 just to talk to someone about my issue. I'm so glad I went to this store Alycia was so very helpful and friendly and actually Treated me like I was a human not a robot or a number. Alycia should be commended on her excellence in customer service! Thank you Alycia again for being so helpful and thoughtful ! ! Now as for the guy on the phone/Verizon they should be ashamed for trying to charging a customer $7 just to talk to someone that needs to stop that's not customer friendly or helpful at all. The guy on the phone was even trying to charge me $7 even while being in the store until Alycia stepped in. This will only chase customers off if that continues #sorry not sorry.

Colerain site is always super helpful and not long wait periods. Both of the last 2 phones that I purchased new, had all of the old apps, info, contacts, and emails transferred over before I left the store. Basically it was like walking out of the store with your old phone in a new phone body 😊The associates are always helpful friendly and happy to help. I have not been to a better Verizon store in a more populated area!

My grandson was having problems with his Sims card. Quick service, we were given a new sims card and the phone was checked to make sure it was working properly. Advised to come back if needed.
