Just went to penny's the other day and got some great sales. However, I lost my car keys to a new car somewhere in the store and only realized it near closing time. An associate helped me look for the keys but to no avail.

I came back the next morning to see if my keys had been found. The greeter at the store, Mrs. Margo, helped me retrace my steps but still no keys. She took my name and number just in case they were returned to the front. Just before leaving she inquired about the keys from one more associate. Then, coming back from the back of the store were my keys in hand. Thanks again Mrs. Margo!! I will definitely return to this location.

Just left J.C. Penney stone creek blvd colerain township to pick up an order the one I purchased was too big I exchanged got a different size the customer service lady (Barbara ) did my sales exchange for me I was in and out in less than 8 minutes 5***** stars for her Customer service thank you !

I always find great deals at Penney's. My mom does too. She was with me and spent more than I did. Thank you JCPenney

We had photos done at their photo department and they were great! She got 2 kids and a dog to take good photos, and it was all done in a timely manner. The store is great for everything-- Sephora, clothes for the family, shoes, and more and you can always find great prices.

We went to get a men suite. Found some things to choose from. We needed a large jacket found a 4x dress shirt a very nice tie. Thanks ❤

I go for the salon mainly. They oddly open at 11 am. I guess I'm used to precovid service and hours. The people in the salon are always so warm and kind. The most pleasant women to talk to as you get your beauty needs taken care of

Ladies dress shoes just like i wanted... a s in sale. Bought more at hcp online! No one else has a thing! I don't need 3 and 4 inch heels...Ty Jcp

Prices are great. Store is clean. Deals are all over the place! I'm serious. Be mindful, be patient, be respectful and be ready for some deals, deals, deals. I don't have photos. I was there a couple weeks ago also. Just to see what my girls was touching and liking. I got everybody what they wanted at a very reasonable price and more. You got to go!

Went in for the first time in years & really wanted to see the diamond stud selection. Also possibly a gold chain. The woman at jewelry counter was Incredibly helpful & didn't care how many pairs I asked to see, nor did she pressure me to buy or hurry. I have extreme anxiety & I hope this lady knows how much that meant to me. Front door greeter was Amazing & everyone seemed to be in great spirits!

One of my favorite department stores! I appreciate the extra savings, as they usually always have coupons for your purchases no mater the payment method used. The only annoyance is the pressure that the cashier tries to put on customers to open up a credit card. So watch out!

I went in to drop off my engagement ring that needed sized. The female employee that helped me was friendly. Wasn't planning on doing any shopping but found some really good clearance on women's clothes that I had to get. The cashier was very friendly.

Thank you Taya in the Sephora department. I was having such a hard day and your kind spirit really changed my day. Someone give that girl a raise. Shes the pretty lil African American girl with fire red hair! ☺

If you can't find it at the store or online good luck. Great prices at the store, better online prices on Sunday nite. 5 shirts and ties for less than $100.00. They launder perfectly and look like new a year later. This is quality you will depend on and quality you can trust. Especially like the big and tall online with free shipping to the store.

I went to the salon and I am so happy with my cut and color. My hair looks better than I expected. Kayla knew exactly what to do even with my, not so good description. I have paid double at other places and not been happy at all with the results. I am thrilled with her work and would recommend her to anyone.

They've got good sales on suits and dress clothes for men. I got a new suit 3 shirts and a tie for less than half the price of a sport coat at men's Warehouse. Highly recommend looking here first
