Although it is a bummer that they won’t be selling Movies anymore.. this store always seems nice and kept. Selections are good. Been here many times through the years and never had an issue. I come here with my youngest son and he enjoys purchasing movies and sadly this was probably his last trip.

Arriving at Best Buy on the fateful Black Friday of 2023, the parking lot unfolded as a vast expanse teeming with customers and their vehicular companions. A vigilant police cruiser stationed at the store's entrance served as a subtle reminder that even in the pursuit of irresistible deals, the long arm of the law loomed ever-watchful, a testament to the incidents that had unfurled in past frenzied shopping sprees.
Entering the store, I braced myself for the anticipated hustle and bustle, and in this regard, Best Buy did not disappoint. Layers upon layers of shoppers, representing a cross-section of society from families with kids to solitary souls like myself, weaved through the spacious interior. A diverse congregation, united in a singular purpose: to secure the best deals and contribute to the feeding frenzy of the American economic engine. As I navigated the human currents, the store branched into distinct sections, each dedicated to a realm of products—electronics, household items, gaming paraphernalia, audio gadgets, furniture—a retail panorama where every conceivable desire found its tangible form. Products adorned shelves, walls, and floors, awaiting liberation into the hands of eager shoppers. My aimless meandering led me to an intriguing discovery: the ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming console, proudly displayed on a stand. Its tactile allure compelled a brief interaction, yet a prudent decision to await a more enticing deal prevailed. My ambulation continued, ultimately culminating in a resolve not to fritter away more time. Eager to evade the scrutiny of a departure sans tangible spoils, I hastily grabbed a seemingly arbitrary USB-C cable on my way to the checkout counter—a pragmatic acquisition for future use. Contrary to expectations, the payment process resolved with surprising promptness, contradicting my projections. The flux of shoppers persisted, with some triumphantly carting away colossal boxes, their Black Friday conquests trophies. I ordered a Samsung tablet online and picked it up in store. The process was so easy! Definitely recommend!

Mu elderly mother needed a new phone. The phone we wanted was not in stock and the employee ordered the one that we wanted and had it shipped to my house. It came within 3 days.

We took her old phone to the store to transfer everything to the new phone. The young men who helped us were awesome!!

We did curbside pickup and it was quick and seemless. We originally did instore pickup but after getting an important call on the way my husband couldn't go in and the process to switch pickup types was easy. Associate was very friendly as well.

Had a very good experience with my Geek Squad appointment. I think it was with Demetrius. He was able to fix my issue and advise me on better ways. FYI THE TOTAL TECH OR BEST BUY TOTAL IS WELL WORTH IT!

Call center is terrible. I called three times, asked the same question and got 3 different answers, so went to the store and got another different answer. Even the person as Best Buy agreed their call center was terrible. So don't call, just go to the sore and get the right answer the first time

I purchased a HP laptop it is very nice. This was my first experience with Best Buy and was pleased.

The people in Best Buy did an excellent job trying to help me find plugs from my Bluetooth speakers and when I went to Best Buy with my fiance and our daughter who's almost 3 years old they didn't have the cords that I needed for one Bluetooth speaker and then I was able to tell me that my Bluetooth speaker was missing a piece so I'm trying to find out where I will go to get it fixed or if I can fix it myself

The guy that works in the home theater dept knows everything about all of the TV's they offer

We got this fridge from BestBuy and had a great customer experience. They couldn't do the water hookup until a week later but they knew we didn't have refrigeration so they delivered the fridge and scheduled the hookup for later. Awesome delivery experience also. They strapped the fridge on carried out the old one. Carried in the new one and done. It was quick and efficient. Thank you BestBuy

Took tv remote that wouldn't work right. They checked it out and decided it needed to be replaced. They took time to show me multiple replacements, and WE chose the replacement.

The Best Buy store in Colerain Avenue was very good. Jaden helped us to choose a TV that was within our budget. He is a very helpful and knowledgeable guy.

The sales guy, Johnathan, was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. He got my new phone set up and transferred my contacts and data over. I am very happy with the experience.
