Old Navy

First time there in over 3 years. Very enjoyable even tho I hate shopping. Great prices and selections. Abby was very nice.

This location had a large selection. The customer service was amazing! Andrea was extremely helpful. Despite it being the busy holiday season, she took the time to locate the item I needed at another store and having it put on hold for me. She found another item I wanted online and ordered it for me. All the while, she was still helping other customers check out to keep the line moving while she was on hold looking for my items.

There was something wrong with their system and it took Andrea a little while to order the item I wanted, but I truly appreciated her kindness and the extra effort she and the team lead, Cheryl, put forth to assist me to the best of their ability. Having employees like Andrea and Cheryl that are kind, helpful, and caring make all the difference in a customer's experience. I would recommend this Old Navy to others based on my interaction with them this evening.

Great sales and reasonable prices on kids clothing

Now my favorite store to shop! Found some good clothes marked down.

The store was set up nicely. It was clean. Stuff wasn't all over the floor, everything was folded neatly. The staff was friendly in the dressing room area. The cashier's were also friendly.

I was shopping for my wife which is hard to do and a lady folding clothes in the front of the store helped me like a family member. So thankful she was there. Great staff great attitudes, will definitely be back

I love Old Navy. Same stuff as Gap, Banana Republic quality. Great sale prices, quality clothing. Their stuff lasts for years unlike the fast-fashion traps nearby.. like Rue21. That place is comical.

Most of the CSR's ignored us but the young lady (Sheila) was amazingly helpful. She located jeans for me and some shirts. She went above and beyond to help me.

Old Navy was different this time I got all my jeans from there and this time I couldn't find a good selection of jeans but I found some in clearance for$4.00 and some for$9.00 so thank you Old Navy

Yes Old Navy you was up there in i think it was in Cheviot well I know the community of Cheviot but from there we lost contact hopefully we can do business together hear on Colerain thank you.
