This place is awesome!! I worked out here for 8 months until I moved, this place is incredibly inviting whether you’re an avid Crossfitter or never lifted a weight before in your life. The coaches and owners are super friendly and very good at making sure you lift properly to avoid any injuries. The space itself is great too, I love the open gym concept and the outdoor space is easy to use when the workout requires some outdoor activity. On top of all that, they even have social events every now and then which is just the cherry on top to make some good connections and friends. Hands down the best gym I’ve been to, and if I didn’t move I’d still be working out there.

UA Fitness is a truly special gym! The community of members are incredibly welcoming and supportive, which regularly made CrossFit the best part of my day. The coaches are dedicated towards helping you meet your goals and growing as an athlete/individual. I am very grateful for all of their advice/cues, extra time before/after class, as well as kindness they showed every single day. I would highly suggest this gym to anyone (of any fitness level) in the Columbus area and look forward to joining again in the future when I move back/visit!

I was a member of this gym before moving out of Columbus. The people are amazing, the atmosphere is friendly, and the ramp-up sessions are genius.

I was someone who hadn't been inside of a gym for a while. The idea of starting CrossFit from a less than ideal starting point was daunting. However, the team puts you through three ramp-up sessions that expose you to the type of movements you will do, the gym set-up, and then conclude with a brief workout. These sessions helped me immensely and set me up for success.

After that, I cannot speak more highly of the people and the atmosphere that the owners have created. This gym truly is a hidden gem right in the heart of Columbus.

This gym has the best people, best equipment, best prices and most fun in town. Highly recommend to anyone experienced in CrossFit or looking to start their fitness journey. Tons of support and no judgement! O yeah, we have free beer too.
