Do not order from this place! After waiting forever the order to come in, they sent the wrong merchandise. We called to tell them about it and they said we were responsible for the shipping cost both ways! I'm starting to wonder if we'll get our money back...

Terrible experience with this store. I bought a ball cap which had a security tag attached to it, making it unwearable. They told me that they don't have security tags on their products as it is an on-line store. They wanted ME to send it back in exchange at MY cost.

Also, I received a gift card for the store for another purchase. There are gift cards for online purchases and gift cards for in store purchases. They cannot be interchanged. When someone buys a gift card from Target for example, does that person ask if it can be used only on-line or in store? NO!

Lots of excuses.

They are selling fake merchandise! I ordered a red mens XL Champion hooded sweatshirt. They sent me the sweatshirt with a champion tag on the outside but I could tell right away it was a thin cheap material. I looked at the tag inside the sweatshirt and it’s a Hanes brand sweatshirt.

I order 2 baseball hats and 1 knitted had in November. I received 1 baseball hat and the other 2 items didn’t ship. Still haven’t received it almost 7 months later. I have sent 3 emails asking for updates and no response. I wonder if they will respond to my lawyer for stealing $75 worth of goods I paid for and never received.

I bought a shirt for my son’s birthday. It has taken almost 4 weeks to get here. Terrible service! Will never order from them again.

Ordered a jersey for my son over a month ago for Christmas. Paid for expedited shipping and still no updates on the order. 4 phone calls (only connecting with a person 1 time) and 3 emails (never answered), and I still don't know where this jersey is. I will not be purchasing from this team shop again.

Place is a customer service nightmare. It took them forever to even get jerseys to order. Once I was able to order my customized jersey the website said "expect your order to be shipped in 2-3 weeks." No worries, I can wait.

It's now been over a month and not only has my jersey not arrived, it hasn't been shipped. I finally received an email a few days ago saying they'll "look into it."

I'll be lucky to receive my jersey this season.

I would not recommend buying from their website. It's been well over a month since I placed my order for a custom jersey. I've been patient as I've worked in retail and understand a little bit about shipping delays. But a month has passed, I got in contact with the store and requested a refund. The associate promised she would see what she can do and stated it'll be up to 48 hours to process the refund and that I would receive an email. It's been well over 48 hours and haven't heard anything from the store. Plus she even stated that they were just receiving more jerseys for other orders at the time of our phone call, which I don't know whether to believe or not.

Ordered 2 jerseys online. I tried to cancel the order before it was processed 3 times and they still sent my order. Was told by 2 Customer service operators that it had been canceled but it was still shipped Then I opened the package and one of them was the wrong jersey. So i returned them 2 weeks ago, And still no refund. Terrible customer service, I've tried to call them and get an update and keep getting hung up on. Do not order from this place. Worst online experience

Unresponsive customer service and poor product quality. Ordered a display item for a gift and it looks nothing like the example online. Contacted customer service for a return, and there was one generic response saying they would look into it. I've sent FOUR followup emails, and been on hold on their phone line for over 30 minutes multiple times just for the system to say there are no available agents and hang up on me once it counts down to 0 ahead of me in the queue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM here! I spent $150 on a personalized jersey for my mom and it's been over a month with the site stating it's "unfulfilled" and when I reach out, they just say it's coming soon. I didn't receive any timeframe yet when I ordered it the website stated it would ship in 10 days. They give no way to cancel order and when I asked they stopped responding.

Don’t waste your time ordering from their online shop or attempting to reach “customer service”. They ask you to send an email, but they won’t respond to those. You try and call and speak to someone, one hour plus wait times. 5-10 processing time to fulfill your order is a lie. Ordered a jersey almost three weeks ago, hasn’t even shipped. Order still shows unfulfilled. But they have no problem taking your payment. Do yourself a favor and order from fanatics or Buckeye corner. Total joke.

They refuse to give me an update on my items. It’s been a month and still haven’t received and email that my items have even left the warehouse like they said i would. It’s just 2 tshirts. Don’t waste your money unless you’re prepared to wait months for your items.

The worst customer service. Will not return e-mails and the phone number given will not take calls. I placed my order over a month and a half ago. I have not received my merchandise and cannot get through by phone. I have sent six e-Mai’s so far and have not received any response. I will not use this company again.
