Giant Eagle Supermarket

Thank you to the kind shift supervisor that was able to get me spicy mayo for my veggie roll even after the people from that area were gone for the day. It was very tasty. Also, the dates are fresh at this store.

One of the best chain stores for fresh produce and great fresh fish and meats. They have convenient locations all over town. Cant beat the fuel perks. Get prescriptions filled at their pharmacy and buy gift cards for shopping and you can earn free gas up to 30 gallons . Seems like a no brainer with gas prices so high now days. Go to Upper Arlington location for special items not found at other stores. Worth the trip.

One of the more friendly giant eagles that I've visited. Convenient proximity to north student living at OSU, and a clean location.

Liquor employees are always friendly and nice. Very prompt as well. Do have your license!! They always ask.

I am always happy to see that they have cashier's a few registers. They are very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful. In particular the manager was very helpful. When I came up short on paying for the food he offered to let me owe the remainder. I’ve never had anyone say that before.

Very friendly and helpful. Delicious deli items and a clean well organized store. Sales that match my tastes the only thing I don't like is the self check out machines are very sensitive. But we shouldn't be using those anyway. They cost people their jobs and all you get in return is extra work for you to scan and bag your own stuff. Doesn't make much sense really. Maybe if the cost saving was passed on to us but more than likely it just results in higher profits at the top.

Good location staff is friendly always an officer on duty for safety now they have a liquor store inside to only down fall is there pricy you can literally shop anywhere else and save money but the store it’s self is worth a 5 star review

Great store..work friendly and helpful

Bakery and Deli Staff were so very helpful! Bakery bent over backwards to get a last minute birthday cake ready even though they had other orders they were trying to complete. They were so kind, patient and helpful. I know we interrupted their completion of other pre-orders and yet they took the time to help with our needs! Never complained, made suggestions and completed it in record time. The cake tasted delicious and the birthday girl was thrilled.

I went to Giant eagle, but before I went I called them first to see if they had any pumpkin pie they had two left one of them was a 10-in pumpkin pie for $16.99 and another 8 inch pie for $7.99 and when I talk to them they asked politely would you like me to take them to the service desk soon nobody else would take them before I would arrive. I said of course thank you

Everyone here is great. The pharmacy is awesome, and their staff has helped out a lot and given great counsel. I like that they won't make you do a self checkout if you ask (some places are so obnoxious about using the self checkouts, which often don't work and/or frustrate me so much I want to leave without buying anything). Obviously since of the super fancy stuff isn't here, but there's a market district a little farther (in Upper Arlington) if you need that.

I mostly use the pharmacy but the store part is nicely stocked and neat and they have a friendly staff. The pharmacy is great. My copay at giant eagle is about 1/4 the price of other pharmacy copays. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and there's no long wait. I highly recommend downloading their pharmacy app. The app makes getting refills super easy. There is a drive thru pharmacy lane as well.

My favorite Giant Eagle. The cashiers and Employees in general are very friendly and proffesional. Ibdon't know them all by name. But everyone always speaks and greet you with a hello wecome to Giant eagle. When leaving im always told to have a nice day. I use U-scan and still get a pleasant "Have a Good day" on my exit out. Small things like that havr been lost in todays stores. But not at this location
