Luca von Lintel, Realtor, got my attention upon receiving his phone call out of the blue to inquire if I needed any help finding my new home in Columbus.. His tone of voice was confident and comforting, unlike the realtor I was using to sell my house in Akron. I sort of strung Mr.von Lintel along for a few weeks, unsure if I needed a different realtor. I had to dismiss Luca and he was very understanding and took it all in stride. A few weeks later I needed a Columbus realtor, and Mr von Lintel ,Luca, was the one I wanted to be my guide in relocating and downsizing with a lot of contingencies on the roster.
Luca replied to any questions, however sensitive, with maturity and respect. This was not so with the three realtors I had in Akron. They were condescending and arrogant. Carrie was amazing from start to finish. We started talking about buying a house in January, knowing we couldn't actually move until end of July due to our current lease and getting married in March so we were pretty stressed to say the least and didn't know where to start. Once I started looking at houses Carrie got our info and reached out along with 5 other realtors, but for some reason I picked her out of all of them and so happy I did! I told her that we were not ready to buy now but would like to start the process. She sat us down and had a great informational meeting and told us how the next 6 months are going to play out. Once the wedding was over we got right into it. She gave us contacts, sent us houses almost everyday and had showings almost every weekend. The weekend we saw our dream place Carrie was out of town but got Rich (another member of their team) to show us the place and he was equally just as amazing! Lucky for us and her quick and knowledge of the house market we found our townhouse in about 2 months, closed 28 days later and now have the keys to hour dream (town)house! :) We couldn't of had more fun along the way with Carrie and it seemed easy and effortless with her.

Carrie and Eric are great! 3 years ago I found Carrie while searching Zillow and she ended up helping my husband and me find our first home. Recently, as we were casually looking at homes, we came across one we didn't want to pass up. Carrie responded immediately to the text and was already working to schedule a showing.
