Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. Great service. I love the food here! The menu is large and they are pretty lax about substitutions. We looked at the menu for a while before deciding because everything sounded so good. I have been here a bunch and it is amazing each and every time. Plan to wait for a table as they are busy in the mornings but they tend to slow down around lunch. P.S. get the million dollar bacon.

We had a wonderful experience at First Watch. Our food was amazing, service was great and we loved the vibe of the dining area. The one callout is that they consistently stay busy. I would recommend entering your reservation online about 30-45 min in advance. This worked exceptionally well for us. Otherwise, we would have had to wait for 45 mins to be seated.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. First Watch never disappoints. All locations are putting out great quality breakfast options with unique combinations.

First watch is absolutely a gem of a place to eat. The selection of food here is marvelous and they have a lot of gluten free options. You have to ask for a menu tho and they have you scan a QR code.

Last few times we have been there is extremely fast. I keep getting the parma hash skillet with gluten free toast and tea.

We have tried a few things here, one thing my girlfriend didn't like and neither did I was the million dollar bacon.

Other than that we have enjoyed everything greatly.

The food is always great. I have been there quite a few times. I do like their options for juices. Drinks are on another level. Food is always fast and on point. Never had to wait long even when busy.

Their food, mission, and values literally inspired my intended career path... it’s that good. Everything is fresh, the staff is friendly, and their seasonal specials are always must-try’s.

My mom and I haven’t had a bad meal there yet. Our favorites include any and all of the seasonal dishes, the farmhouse hash, the carrot cake and banana nut pancakes, and the floridian french toast.

If you don’t get the coffee (which they bring to you in a pot, not just a cup) you’re crazy. It not only supports women growers in Columbia, but is also unparalleled in taste.

Highly recommend to anyone - breakfast brunch or lunch!

We had an amazing Father's Day brunch. I got the quesadilla Benedict. My wife got the breakfast tacos. I also got a morning meditation drink. Expectations were exceeded. This place is awesome. Maria was our waitress and she was wonderful 👍

How long has this place been here and where have I been? Wow is this place nice! Great selection, great atmosphere, great wait staff! I got the Shrimp and Grits, Millionaire Bacon, and washed it all down with their "Morning Meditation" drink. Description of these and the rest of what's on their menu can be seen from the pictures I shared. Taylor waited on me and she was very cordial! I will be back when in the area and will be sure to try the Eggs Benedict.

Absolutely loved this place!!! I got the Corned Beef Brisket Hash (sounds like it's a seasonal item, so it isn't on their regular menu year-round, from what I gathered), and it was incredible - best corned beef hash I've ever had! My wife got the superfood bowl, and it was fine, but not amazing. They had a great variety on the kids' menu. Our friend got the pumpkin pancake, which was delicious as well. Service was great, employees were friendly and professional. We don't live in Ohio, but we'll be coming back here again next time we're in town (or maybe we'll try to go one more time before we leave town, haha). Highly recommend!!

My fiance and I stopped here for breakfast this morning and it was absolutely amazing. The food and so well prepared and the staff is amazing and so friendly. We are thinking about making this our weekend breakfast spot. Absolutely worth a trip.

this is my favorite brunch spot! the day i went although they were busy our waitress was very nice and got us our food super quickly. it also tasted really good! i highly recommend the watermelon wake up

Great food and this location is convenient because of the proximity to the mall, just in case you have to wait for a table. Steel cut oatmeal and avocado toast were delicious. Blueberry muffin was ok.

True story. I had just left UH in Cleveland after my colonoscopy and told my chauffeur, uh, err, I mean my daughter that we should go get something nice to eat to celebrate my having received a clean bill of health. On our way back to Fairlawn, I said "Let's go to First Watch. I haven't been there in a while." She echoed the sentiment and we set Google Maps to Summit Mall.
Upon arriving, we were informed that there was a 20 minute wait. As I was just starting to come off the anesthesia, I was chill and said "Sure!". I am so glad that we waited. The food, service and atmosphere were 5 star worthy. My daughter had the waffle and cheesy grits. I ordered the carrot pecan pancake, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. The presentation of the food, especially the cheesy grits, was awesome. The taste of our food was excellent, which complemented perfectly our service. My carrots pecan pancake tasted better with each bite until, sadly, there was none left. Shout out to Riley, our server, whose first day of being on the floor by herself was today. And, she's planning her wedding. Best wishes to her. The only hiccup was that my scrambled eggs were not hot. But it didn't take long before a hot plate of scrambled eggs and cheese were in front of me and devoured with glee. Happy Holidays to anyone reading this. I, uh, uh, err, my daughter and I highly recommend First Watch at Summit Mall. 😋😋😋

Always good food and service. I try something on the seasonal menu often and have never been disappointed. Making my way through the juices is a delicious adventure, haven't had a bad one yet.

My boyfriend and I eat here all the time! It’s fast, clean, and the food is always accurate and good. One of my favorite locations to go to! Usually I get the Florentine eggs Benedict with the morning mediation. The iced coffee here is also delicious!!

I started going to first watch years ago! This is my go to spot for breakfast or brunch! They have so many healthy options and honestly just good food! They even have specials that change throughout the weeks and holiday times. Our service is always great and the atmosphere is welcoming! They also have a cute patio that is opened during warmer weather!

I highly recommend their app for putting your name on their waitlist, especially on the weekends. It allows you to wait from wherever you like until the table is ready. (The wait would be an hour or so on the weekends)

Even with covid, I feel very safe at this restaurant. Everyone is distanced and their employees seem to be following all guidelines.

Overall this is a great restaurant! I would say prices are average for the area. A check for 2 is between $20-$30.
