Newport Fudgery

There are 2 locations in newport, 1 , the larger shop, on lower Thames Street, where the fudge is made and also sold .
We were at the smaller shop on Upper Thames Street. They have a Sampler, if you are not sure which flavor you want. I got Sea Salt caramel. It is delicious and really soft and fresh. They offer saltwater taffy, by the flavor or a mixed box, and other candy items.

Stopped in because I love fudge. Bought three kinds and they were great. The young man at the counter was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely come back anytime I am in Newport.

The taffy is absolutely delicious and that fudge! My family and I can't stop eating it. Best fudge we've ever had. So creamy, smooth and flavourful. Another must try is their elephant ears! If you're a cinnamon lover like myself, you'll fall in love with these right here. Can't wait to make another trip and grab more stuff.

Lovely little handmade fudge place in Newport.
Took a visit to grab some snacks for a quick sugar rush on the road. We were welcomed by an old lady who gave us a detailed explanation of their production and different flavors. Ended up getting the chocolate marshmallow, chocolate chip, and the oreo crunch fudge, and all were delicious. Usually not a big fan of fudges but I enjoyed their silky yet slightly crunchy texture.

Elephant ears, fudge and salt water taffy oh my! If you’ve never had any of these DO IT!

Elephant ears are so crunchy, cinnamonny, fluffy and delicious! Their fudge is always fresh and amazing, and the salt water taffy leaving you with the tastes of summer stuck between your teeth 😂.

We were so excited when we realized that we frequented their NJ locations this past summer while on summer vacation! Great friendly guy behind the counter too!

Delicious fudge,good size and price

From our of town, thank goodness cause I would be in trouble if I lived here. FUDGE was smooth and creamy husband rated it the best he's ever had, and his mother makes fudge...lolol.. I grew up eating elephant ears, ones I always had were thick and brittle would make a huge miss but good had cinnamon and sugar. now this one here was thin crunchy with a wonderful lightly chewy texture. It had cinnamon but I believe it had honey as well which made it oh so delicious. We also grabbed up some taffy but haven't tried it yet. If we're ever back in town you will be a mandatory stop.

On a whim I purchased their in-house made peanut butter cups. Oh My Goodness!!! It was AMAZING!! They use some really high quality peanut butter on the inside. And it's just the right combination of chocolate & peanut butter. Plus the item is massive in size. I can only eat half in one sitting which means I get to enjoy it twice : )

Hands down the best fudge in Newport that I have tried. A lot better than Kilwin's, the maple walnut and triple chocolate in particular are amazing. Exactly the right texture.

This place has always made the most delicious peanut butter cups! Everything from them that I have tried is absolutely wonderful but the PB cups are the best I’ve ever had!

The fudge is amazing, but the elephant ears are to die for!

The fudge is so smooth and creamy. The taste is incredible definitely recommend!

It tastes like angels rolled in chocolate and fluffed it up with Heaven's own clouds.

This is the best fudge you can find anywhere, period. The saltwater taffy is pretty good too.
