Sean Daly Painting is an amazing company! I had been putting off the daunting project of painting the exterior of my 6 unit apartment building in San Francisco. Sean sent his foreman Carlos to look at the job and I quickly received a detailed estimate. Carlos and the crew showed up everyday on time and did a thorough and professional job from start to finish. The building looks brand new! So refreshing to find a contractor who genuinely takes pride in their work, communicates well and all at a fair price.

I was introduced to Sean through my contractor on several when we built a new house. He and his crew became our go-to painters for my real estate clients. As an agent I have to bid projects for my clients and Sean has consistently come in as a good value the the work is top notch from prep to finish. They have painted everything from a Trophy 3-unit Victorian at the top of Dolores to a Modern home in Bernal for me.

The work that was done was absolutely stellar. Sean was easy to deal with and got us scheduled quickly. The painter was super professional--completing the job efficiently and precisely with a minimum of disruption. The results are flawless. I would give more stars if possible. Thank you!!!

Sean and his crew have completed a number of jobs for us. He showed up on time to meet us and presented his bid promptly. His crew arrived on the day scheduled bright and early. They gave attention to every detail and the prep work was thorough. One Victorian job was very intricate with gold leaf and came out beautifully. Bob Buckter the acclaimed San Francisco Victorian colorist was very pleased. Jobs were always completed on schedule. No frustrations like some others that show up and then disappear for a week. Sean painted our house in fallof 2015. They did a remarkable job of prepping, including replacing some of the wood siding. Each day they cleaned up the site and were very respectful of our privacy.
