i had a bad experience at finish line and saw JD Sports and decided to give it a try. i saw a shoe i liked but they did not have my size. an employee, zaria, was patient, helped me out & recommended a force field. i was very glad because it made the shoe fit and it also helps prevent creases. lots of pretty shoes, great staff & they follow covid restrictions. i will be definitely be returning!!

The staff is very helpful. They helped me find a she for my boyfriend for Christmas and told me if he didn’t like it i could return it. The return policy was very lenient for holiday returns. I was able to return a shoe i bought during Christmas in February. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to pentagon mall for a while now and when i randomly came across JD Sports, I was excited. I’ve visited one location in the UK before and had no idea there was one here in this location. I was a little hesitant at first thinking the customer engagement would be different here in America. After spending about almost an hour here, not only did I walk away with a shoe and clothing purchase. I also walked away happy knowing that genuine customer service still exist, and that’s something that many footwear stores lack nowadays. The staff and management i interacted with are very engaging and actually connect with you on a personal level. Their return policy is straight forward, just follow what it says and you shall be ok. I will and have been coming back consistently. Hopefully they expand to other locations as well!

Came here for the first time and had an amazing experience, would definitely come back! They did not have the shoe I specifically came for but Associates helped me find an alternative and I ended up buying these shoes I am now in love with!

The store is constantly stop with very Hyped inventory. I love the size of the store in the way it's laid out. Also I enjoy the amount of clothing they do have.
