Store is great for discount clothes. Know your brands and you will find some incredible deals. Also they have a plethora of home goods. Found some great gifts for Xmas and birthdays here

TJ max has a wide variety of clothing and household goods. This location normally has a good variety of holiday nicknacks. They also have beautiful decor, although not as wide a variety as Marshall’s. They utilize both an upstairs and downstairs checkout counter so if the one upstairs is full be sure to check the downstairs one! They do offer an elevator and/or escalator for accessible options. However their doors don’t have a wheelchair button. Their store IS fragranced. They do not offer electric wheel chairs for patrons and they do have narrow isles.

I went in December and despite the fact that during Black Friday people had taken a lot of things away, there were good deals and nice clothes, even better than in other stores.

This TJ Maxx is one of my favorites in the area. The customer service is good. Today, I called for an item look up and Ashley found and held the item for me.

I love this location! The manager, L. Wescott was amazing. She helped my family with jewelry purchases and was very patient as we looked at multiple selections. She took time to tend to others with the same level of care she showed us.

Her demeanor was welcoming and inviting. She was also training someone and she took time to explain what was happening to the employee and was just all around great!

Also, this store has AMAZING buys, selection, and options. It's clean, orderly, and spacious. I will definitely be back.

I almost always find something interesting and reasonably priced to buy here. I head for the clearance signs and usually find real bargains on name brands.

This is a very good Tjmaxx. It is a runway store but also seems to have an excellent selection of everyday gifts and purchases. It is a personal favorite of mine ♥ Excellent selection of high end designer handbags and jewelry and accessories.

I found a lot of sale items it's a nice store.

Great variety of home goods fairly priced. Members get a tote bag.

Marina was great to work with in the fitting room! I valued her helpful customer service and friendly demeanor. She also suggested a unique makeup brand. Thank you for your help Marina! ☺

BEST TJ MAXX!
We've been to a lot of different TJ MAXX stores around the country. Every time we are visiting the US from Germany, TJ Maxx is on our bucket list no matter where we are, hence we've probably been to close to 40-50 different locations, yet this one is special.
Firstly, it was well organized, neat and clean. Despite the cleanliness, the selection of items was incredible. In some stores you have the feeling that there's only leftovers, but in this store the racks were filled and our cart filled up very quickly.
Yet the significance of the store was not the choice of items but it was the warm and friendly service we've received. Nowadays, no matter where you go unfortunately it's very hard to find good and sincere service, and you certainly wouldn't expect hospitable service it in a store like TJ MAXX, where the employees are neither paid tips nor I suppose do they receive a specific commission for giving their customers recommendations.
The moment we entered the store right after the opening of the doors, we were greated warmly by the staff. As the items of clothing were piling up over our arms, a lady offered us a cart which certainly was very much needed. Browsing through tge aisles, we were offered any assistance if needed. While trying on the clothes for nearly an hour, the staff was very patient and friendly despite us not taking a lot of the things we tried on.
Lastly we've received great service during our checkout.
A special thank you to Taylor and Yvette for providing us with such a memorable experience, we didn't stop talking about how unexpected our experience was all day. And also much appreciation for the manager on duty that day, unfortunately the name of the lady slipped my mind.

All in all thank you so much everyone for the experience and this TJ MAXX location is certainly worth visiting

Great store, fully stocked, organized and clean.

I found exactly what I was looking for. There were some real good deals on everyday items. I also had a great cashier and she was helpful and friendly. Great experience.

I love this TJ Maxx because of their inventory which is very diverse. Very high quality things from clothes, snacks, jewelry, and knick knacks. You can ALWAYS find something here. It's so organized and clean. Accompanied with friendly staff. My new favorite branch!

Nice location, and I particularly like this TJ Maxx because of the excellent customer service. I was assisted on the floor by 'Yvette,' who is both professional and kind... she greeted all customers in a friendly manner, and made herself available for any request of assistance.

At checkout, I had my second experience with 'LaShawn' who has been consistently efficient and very cordial. She was also able to keep the line moving at a good pace without sacrificing quality service!

They are truly the best! I’m a pregnant woman and today I was a TJmaxx, one of the ladies who work their offered to help me because I had many bags, and she was so kind, she helped me put the bags in car in front of TJ max. Always happy to shop also at this store in Pentagon City.

TJMAXX along with Marshall and Home Goods have been around for decades. Maybe not Home Goods, but they are all part of the same corporation. Great finds in fashion, home furnishings, edibles etc. This store on S Joyce Street is well designed, not cluttered making it easier to find good buys.

Loveee this place. It quite small but it has everything I need. I consider the price here is cheaper compared to buying online in major website. Service also nice and sweet.

I always find a nice selection of merchandise. The store is well organized and easy to maneuver. Also, the staff has been consistently pleasant and helpful.

This particular store is in a upscale area and competes nicely with bigger designer stores. I was happily surprised at their stylish selection especially for men and saw a family selecting luggage for purchase..very sturdy and lots of designs in that dept
