The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I had some issues with insurance on my end and they were incredibly patient and accommodating as I got them sorted out. I accidentally stepped on the water tube resulting in water spraying all over myself and the room, and they were so kind and funny about it. I feel very comfortable here and will definitely recommend to others.

I've been consistently visiting Dr. Zachariah's practice for Invisalign trays, and every experience has been amazing. Dr. Zachariah's expert care and attention to detail have been impressive. Additionally, the office manager, Mr. Matthews, is incredibly welcoming and adds to the overall positive atmosphere of the practice. This was my first time visiting a dentist in a long time, and had been really stressed about it. I decided to try out Arlington Cosmetic and Family dentistry because my fiancé went there and loved it. Dr. Zachariah was immensely kind and helpful with my issues. Today was my 3rd visit in the span of 3 weeks to slowly get my teeth cleaned and cavities filled. She was amazing talking me through it and the procedures were as pain free as possible. With an incredibly friendly staff, this dentist office is wonderful. Short wait times, transparent about costs, good with insurances, will see you quickly, and usually has good appointment times. I came in here with a chipped crown and was seen that day and then was all fixed within a week. Super informative and kind staff. Definitely recommend.

I came upon Arlington Cosmetic & Family Dentistry when my formal dental practice in Sterling close and one of my dentists went to this practice. I was hesistant of the drive from Sterling to Arlington but they are worth it. The entire staff is accommodating and kind. I was treated by Dr. Zachariah and had fillings and crown procedure. She was so gentle and calm and I was not once uncomfortable. Her assistant Wafa is also amazing! Office Manager Binu is also so helpful and kind. Thank you for your outstanding service and committment to your patients.

UPDATE: I been coming here for over a year for various things like filings, cleanings, and a mouth guard for grinding at night. The mouth guard came in fast, fits perfectly and is really good quality. My cleaning was nothing but gentle, thorough, and super smooth. New hires to their team are always so nice to me and very flexible as I’m a busy law student and have needed to adjust my appointment days and times multiple times and they do so very pleasantly without a complaint. It is very kind and flexible of them. This place is literally like my home now no exaggeration in that statement. I’ll be coming here forever and I feel apart of their family ❤ and they treat me as such!

Best experience ever!! The office is located in a very nice area and building. The front desk receptionist is extremely kind, helpful, and has a very positive attitude! His wife is one of the dentists there. They both made me feel very cared for and took the time out to talk to me about any concerns and got to know me well as a new patient.

I honestly can't say enough good things about the Arlington Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. The team authentic and caring, and I really appreciate the consistency in seeing the same staff regularly. I've moved around many time the past few years, so I've been to my fair share of dentistries, but I really like how family oriented this place feels versus some of the other places I've been to.

I was soooo nervous coming to the dentist after not going for 5 years due to anxiety. However, Dr. Zachariah and the whole team were so welcoming and comforting. They were all so kind, took the time to explain the whole process of my deep cleaning, answer any of my questions, and set me up to be more diligent with how to care for my dental health. Even though I am still generally nervous, I am at ease knowing that I am in good hands whenever I need to get a dental check-up. I can't thank and recommend this team enough!

Cannot recommend them enough! Hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years and needed some dental work, but every part of the process was smooth and easy. The entire office is so friendly and attentive, making sure you understand and are comfortable with everything you need without pushing (or shaming which some of my past dentist have done). They worked with me to make a personalized treatment plan, from procedures to billing. I've always hated going to the dentist, but Dr. Zachariah and the other doctors and hygienists put me right at ease, and I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Really seems like they care about all of their patients, and I feel so lucky to have found them!!

The dentist's office is a place I have nightmares about so when I say I truly appreciated this office and staff it means even more. Despite my fears, from the moment I enter the office I'm greeted with warmth, care, and efficiency. You're in and out with excellent treatment and most importantly with zero questions. Being afraid of the dentist, it's highly important to me that I know what is being done to me and why. Dr. Zachariah is patient and goes above and beyond in explaining risk and treatment plans. Her staff reflects this commitment to care by staying late to assist with emergency procedures as needed. Suffice to say, the trust I now have in Dr. Zachariah and her staff was hard won and will not be easily lost. Don't be like me and book now!

Dr. Zachariah and her team are excellent. I had a large amount of work done over months consisting of crowns, implants, veneers and some general dentistry and I highly recommend them. They are ultimate professionals with focused attention on patient care. Dr Zachariah’s assistant is stellar and her office manager is very competent and vigilant with booking appropriate follow up appointments.
