Have lived here for a year now. New management has it and they have ordered people to clean up their lots...thank goodness. Hope it works. It is really quiet except for the times the airplanes fly over (the small airport and life flight are nearby). Jim, the manager, is the nicest person in the world. He patrols the place and gets after people but does it with a smile. Super nice guy. His wife, too. I live alone and am a writer and love the peace and quiet. A lot of birds though...lol...mourning doves and crows. I don't know what the person who wrote the bad review did to want to sue but that's nuts. I can't imagine. You don't have the kind of theft you see in The Dalles and you don't have the high rent of Hood River. My neighbor is a fisherman and we exchange food and another neighbor helps me with projects. It isn't Hollywood but it isnt Harlem, either.

I own a 14x70 mobil home there my grass is cut for me and I only pay 475.00 for space rent

If I had some sort of mobile domicile. Which I desired to locate in Dallesport, for a considerable time. This is one of the places I would consider. Possibly the only place.
