Best Mickey D’s I’ve seen in sometime. Staff was super helpful for lunch order at kiosk or counter. Dining room was clean and mopped by staff and manager; a manager that’s not scared of working with his people. That’s what I like to see!!

The food was good, it came out quick, and the inside was very clean.

I went in there and I was going to use my online coupon from my app. And for some reason the manager said that that wasn't valid. It was a deal where you buy any breakfast sandwich for a dollar and I only had $1 to my name at the time. So rather than turn me away because that's what most places would do seems how I walked there from downtown the manager who was a beautiful Hispanic lady was very helpful because she let me buy that breakfast sandwich for $1.
He picked up on I was down on my luck and only had a buck and it was very touching to have the manager then ask me if I would like to have some coffee.
That simple act of kindness was several weeks ago but it has made a lasting experience in my heart. And to be honest I was really sick that day and had left the hospital on foot and what a blessing it was to have that manager in the morning and a wonderful staff who were busy cleaning windows and making sure the dining room was very clean. When I went to use the restroom it was immaculate. In fact now that I think about it I don't think there is ever been a time that I've went to that McDonald's and had a bad experience. I just want to say thank you to McDonald's for having a manager at the helm that store and having that manager go above and beyond to a complete stranger who was down on their luck.

Came thru the drive thru tonight, had Bobby take my order.. He was polite, thorough and patient.. I was waiting in a reserve spot, he delivered some food to another car but after he walked over to my car to let me know it was going to only be another 3 min for the fries. . It was cold out yet he made the effort to inform me. VERY nice young man, he is excellent at custom service and I appreciated his effort ! I also saw him sweeping, mopping the lobby in between his other duties.. GREAT WORKER ! Good job Bobby !

Superfast service, clean and friendly employees

I don’t do a lot of fast food lately because I don’t think it’s as tasty these days but I have to say the food here was absolutely delicious!

Open for takeout and drive through, but doors were open to allow bathroom use and ordering. Much appreciated while traveling! Nuggets were good with sweet and sour sauce of course. Fries good.

Loved the location of the McDonalds. Very conveniently located at the junction of The Dalles bridge connecting WA and OR. Facilities were quite nice and clean. This is a very recently opened location. Had a soft serve and large iced coffe, economically priced. Staff is super friendly and nice.

I haven't gone to a McDonald's in years. But we were in a hurry and told off the freeway it was going to get a quick breakfast. One thing I noticed it was very clean and had big menu wall one thing I didn't enjoy about it is it kept changing. Then I thought I was going to have a problem because I don't eat pork and everything had sausage with it. Luckily my daughter found a chicken McMuffin on a separate Boardman menu that was a lot different I really enjoyed that menu it was easy to look through. I wish it was on the main menu cuz I almost it was going to get a potato and that was it, I got the potato Plus the chicken McMuffin. And I enjoyed that very much. I'm glad I found that chicken and now I might go back more.

Well I think most people have been to McDonald's and know what it is but this location is extra special the management is on top of everything they keep the parking lot clean they make sure everything works in order to go out hands down to the management

I like that and the burger was pretty darn warm too the service wonderful that she was nice and kind and they were fast

This McDonald's so far has been the most accommodating for me as a trucker ,they are fast , courteous and friendly. I did use the app for my last 2 orders and the app was at first a bit confusing but finally I understood it and both orders were property processed. Thanks to the McDonald's on Pine St in The Dalles.

Abby's is as good or better than it was 40 years ago. Our favorites are the Abby Special and the Taco pizza. You must go to Abby's as our children and grandchildren now do.

There is one worker who really stands out every time I go in shorter sticky guy named Cameron he definitely knows what he is doing. but I went in the other day there was a manager I assume, male didn’t catch his name literally didn’t know what he is doing always on his phone and bad customer service. Literally no clue talking about the owners wife at one point and how she likes him in front of everybody, I was shocked.

Service was really quick and the food was fresh and me and my freinds enjoyed this place

Super clean bathrooms. They were pretty quick with the food. Overall just like another McDonald's. Easy access right off the interstate .

Nice quality and fresh and always friendly staff. The one gal saved me a 2 hr delay by alerting me of a traffic impact. I was able to use another option and get home....to Portland. Thank you....

I drive for a local Transportation Service in another town I often go here to get a meal I use the Mobile App and I usually do not wait more than a few minutes to receive my meal. Love it
