Had an extremely pleasant experience! On 11/27, a Sunday afternoon, coming from a very busy/messy TJMaxx on Thanksgiving weekend, I expected this store to be exactly the same, but it was the polar opposite. The store was clean and organized and the checkout line was starting to get a bit long, but then the manager called for more staff to the registers which really expedited our wait! Can't wait to come back!

My company shops with HG in falls church regularly. We have had the best experience with the staff there. They always go above and beyond. I want to give a shout out to Kimmy, Mary, Gladys and Kevin Chow. Kevin in particular has made me feel like a valued customer and I will be a customer for life at this location because of him.

Today we had a very poor experience with Laila. She does not value customers and does not treat them with respect. We were super disappointed.

Great HomeGoods. Very clean, organized, and it smelled good! Seemed like they had rearranged some merchandise in order to allow for better social distancing, and there were directional arrows in the aisles. All in all a good experience!

I LOVE this store. They definately clean up after their customers to keep a nice presentation of goods. Tho prices are a bit high, I want to reach out to DOG LOVERS. This place has AMAZING DOG TOYS, SUPERIOR QUALITY, Cheaper than any other place you go. I bought about 8 large toys for my dog there.

So many beautiful and perhaps one of a kind items to choose from. Well laid out, clean and well lit. I did not find what I was looking for, but they did have many nice things. The staff was helpful and friendly. I think they need to hire more staff to accommodate the traffic.

Bought some holiday wrapping gifts and pet treats. Couldn't get down the pet bed aisle because some people are inconsiderate pigs and left the beds on the floor blocking the aisle. Staff was friendly and hard at work getting ready for the holidays. Checking out was a breeze!

I see why women love this place so much.
The store stocks everything you need or wants for your home, at very reasonable prices. Many of the decorative pieces are from all over the world. No wonder we need bigger houses, just to keep the things we buy.
