I initially hired him in a challenging situation where I was facing severe consequences. I had eluded the police and filed a fake police report, which could have resulted in 16 days in jail, a 2-year license suspension, hefty fines, and serious criminal charges.

I came to this country when I was still a minor, my father had become a U.S Citizen and brought us all. It’s been 30 years since. I attended a college of criminal justice, met many men and women pursuing the law career. I was in it for enforcement. My view of the legal system changed when I started volunteering at the local courts in my city.
I realized it takes much luck and a stand up person as a lawyer for people to be treated fairly. I often felt a sense of powerlessness because I was unable to help them. Today I find myself with the opportunity to help others through this review. My daughter who is an adult now, was involved in a drinking while driving case, second offense (I am still upset about it) . My wife and I have NEVER gotTEN drunk in our lives. Got Charged with a misdemeanor Traffic offense in Stafford county, were they wont plea bargin depending on what the charge is. Well this was a huge problem for me being I have a Commercial Drivers License, and was in danger of losing it, I contacted Robinson Law. My assigned Attorney Mr. Ben Griffitts, was able to get the charge thrown out of court due to some excellent legal arguments concerning my case, when we were leaving the court room even one of the attorneys from another firm told him "Good job" .. it was truly amazing watching him defend me in court.
