I had a flat tire while going to see my husband who was in the hospital. Sarah at Murray was most helpful in sending someone to get the spare on and get me on my way as quickly as possible. By the next day, they had gotten a new tire for me, and they put on the new tire and also checked out the other 3 tires, just in case, and checked all the fluids, too, to make sure the car was safel The young man that changed my flat and put on the new tire the next day was so kind and compassionate!! Kudos to this business that always provides stellar customer service. I would not take my car anywhere else!!

Another year another State Inspection. Always friendly, and professional, and they get the work done in the time they estimate. No feeling like they're trying to sell you something you don't need, unlike other inspection places. Came to Murray last year, this year, and will see them again next year.

From the call to ask for a quote to the time that I checked out, I was treated like a king. This was a first time for Murray to change the oil on a Mercedes Sprinter Van and they went beyond to learn how and to show me all of the steps. The resetting of the oil gauge was quite confusing (believe Mercedes doesn’t want anyone to know!!!) and they did an awesome job figuring it out. Highly recommend Murray Automotive.

I took my van to Murray Automotive with several issues. They were very professional and engaged in discussing those with me and charting a path forward for resolution. I am very impressed with their set up with communication… Johnny on the spot, engaged, to the point. Everyone there was professional and courteous; Sara and the mechanic, even the the person who checked me out … a very pleasant experience all around.

After taking my car to Murray Automotive, I can see why they have a near 5-star rating. They are friendly, thorough, provide photos of problem areas with a detailed explanation, and provide no-pressure service. I will bring my car here from now on.

Solid group of people. They care about the care of your vehicle so please don't expect them to lower the quality of their work. I opted to work on my vehicle to pass inspection but I greatly appreciated them for doing the diagnostic and providing me with valuable service and information.

Excellent experience with Murray. They offered an after hours drop-off because it was more convenient for me. They gave the vehicle a thorough once-over, complete with pictures, explanations and estimates. They talked me through each recommended repair but were not pushy. Their communication was excellent throughout. Their customer-facing systems are better than most large dealerships I’ve worked with, which is a pleasant surprise for a local shop. Quick turnaround overall and good quality work. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and always fair. Never push anything on you that you don’t need. Had family coming into town and they turned a two day job into a one day job to help us out, which wasn’t expected. They have always been a customer first business and will always be our go to mechanic!

My daughter drives a 2001 Toyota 4-Runner. It's older than her. We trust the people at Murray Automotive to do their best to make sure her truck is stylish (they lifted it and put some great tires on it) and, more importantly, safe (they have a system that diagnoses and recommends services and they explain the importance of the recommended service). We trust their advice and appreciate their attention to detail and customer service.

Been going here for a couple of years. They are on the high side but the quality of the work is fantastic and the communication is phenomenal as well. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Murray Automotive for the past six or seven years. They always do good work, and the rates are reasonable. They have done all of the normal maintenance on my car - oil, fluids, belts, lights, filters, etc., and replaced a few things that broke as well like an automatic window. My 15 year old Hyundai runs nicely, everything works, gas mileage is the same as when I bought it new. I would recommend them.

I've been taking my 2014 Tundra to Murray Automotive for several months now for inspection and general maintenance/repairs. They've been very friendly and courteous, they've provided estimates up front for more complicated repairs, they provide periodic updates while my truck is being serviced, and all work I've had done has been completed timely. The waiting room is clean with free wifi, which allows me to work while I wait. They always check in after the service to make sure that my truck is running as expected. Murray has become my go-to for anything my truck needs.

These guys are great! Great customer service, and wonderful knowledge. They provide a detailed report of any issues they may see on your car. They’re very helpful and not pushy. I will definitely be back for car services.

I took my truck in to have it fully inspected and any critical systems repaired. There were a few known issues but I was willing to invest a fair amount of money to get the truck into good condition. It was that or buy another used truck. Better to go with the truck you know than to buy one that could end up being a money pit. Murray had license to not only repair known issues but to do any and all repairs that came to light. They replaced all fluids and inspected the overall “integrity of the truck. I was very pleased with the work they did and their communications with me were first rate. I left the truck with them for 3 weeks which would be a long wait for a common repair but considering the amount of work they did was about right. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and they immediately gained my trust which, I feel, was amply rewarded. They will be my auto service company for future service on all of my 3 vehicles. I highly recommend that you consider them as well.

My wife and I use Murray for all of our auto repairs, annual inspections and general servicing. They do good work, have fair prices and give honest advice about what to fix on your vehicle (and what not to). The comprehensive vehicle reports are a nice touch. Highly recommended!
