The guys working there are knowledgeable and quick in their work. I had a boat cover repaired and they turned it around in half the time and at a way lower price than another guy in town. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had my dining room chairs reupholstered, and it was done in less than two weeks! Tons of fabrics to choose from and staff is very friendly and helpful. The fabric came in very quickly and they do excellent work. Can’t recommend them enough. They also will fix your car upholstery.

Besides the very high quality of the workmanship, the extra time Lonnie spent educating us on the options available to us was impressive. His demeanor and exceptional humor were greatly appreciated. Omgosh. This shop is so nice. And it's clean and air conditioned. Pulled in with a small problem. (Big). Headliner falling down on me. Pulled out with a big smile. $25 later and 10 minutes. And man, their work on furniture and custom pieces and trucks and cars makes everything look brand new. Bringing my truck back now for new headliner. Yay. Ty guys!!!

This service is amazing!! I had (what I think to be) a pretty unusual request, because I wasn't sure what could be done about a damaged sofa I had. Communication with the staff was swift, honest, and informative. I had my request serviced in a matter of days, only took about an hour, and the quality is better than anything I could ask for!! Overall, customer service is excellent, I would recommend Twin City Upholstery to anyone!!

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and got an estimate to replace the headliner in my Mazda 6 Sport Wagon from a local upholstery shop. Since I have family and friends in the greater Bloomington area, I’m often in central Illinois. I was referred to Twin City Upholstery by the service manager at a Bloomington car dealership. I called these guys and was surprised that their price was considerably lower than the Cincinnati shop, so when I was in Bloomington I stopped in and spoke with them about replacing my headliner. They have a lot of material in stock and had exactly what I wanted. We made an appointment to drop my car off with the understanding that the work would be completed the following day. The car was ready earlier than I had expected and the final price was right on the mark. The quality of their work is exceptional and their communication is great. I guess to summarize my experience I would say that my expectations were exceeded. These guys do what they say they’re going to do and they do it on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend this business.

This is a locally owned shop that redoes auto upholstery, convertible tops, old car restoration. I was very impressed with their willingness to look at a situation they weren't certain they could fix. Great communication and very reasonable price on what they were able to accomplish.

Lonnie & the guys at Twin City Upholstery were great! They even suggested me looking to alternative companies to save money. Ultimately they still were able to build what I wanted for much less than I thought! I already have other projects in mind for them. I look forward to doing business with them again!

I never write reviews but have to send a shout out to our wonderful experience with this shop. We were traveling South when the canvas boat cover ripped on the way. We were near Bloomington & found this shop that was able to help repair the boat cover & get us back on the road quickly!! Very friendly & great customer service!!!

Outstanding work!!! My Cobalt boat upholstery looks better than factory, better than imagined. Done in a very timely fashion. Very accommodating and the appraisal was spot on. I couldnt be happier with the craftsmanship or the entire experience!!!

Professional, timely, and amazing on my quality!

Needed fabric fixed on inside car door. Stopped at shop shortly before closing to see if TCU could help. Even though it was minutes before closing, time and care was taken to professionally repair the fabric so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. Fantastic service and wonderful work. Thank you!

We had heated seats installed in a new Corolla. Staff was very kind, they even waited after hours for me to get there and pick up my girlfriend so her car wouldn't be outside all night. Highly recommended!
