John is solid employee and he seems to always be there helping me out finding what I can't find.
I really also like the beer cave there.

I come to Jackson's 3-4 times a week
For my mother in law after she calls
To find out the availability of whatever she wants . All of the staff are always friendly and professional
But my mother-in-law said Veronica
Is her favorite because she is kind and patient and goes above and beyond
In customer service.

The store was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean. Paper towels were stocked in window washing bin. I was able to get my mirrors clean before my 2hr drive. Thank you Stephanie.

The place is clean and bright.
The staff is usually very nice and helpful.
Prices on somethings are cheaper then around the neighborhood.
Gas, not so much.

Came on a road trip cross state to use bathroom and buy gas and there was a lady who freaked out on me for coming in before I buy gas to do my business and she told me "my boys need those pumps" no gas station reserves pumps you guys need better employees not to mention theres a mask mandate and its posted on the door masks required and NONE of them are wearing masks. I am disappointed.

Stopped on my way home from work. Approximately 1125pm on 2/28. There's a guy slamming and throwing snack items around while stocking the shelves and acting like he's super mad for some reason. Why would I want to be around that?

Overheard store manager tell employees they are not allowed to follow the social distancing laws in effect and not to tell customers to please mind their distance at the counters because it will cause problems... Good Job Jackson
