My experience at the facility was truly remarkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. This was my first time at a dental facility in a few years and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and gentle everyone was. I am now collaborating with my dentist to devise a plan, and I'm genuinely excited to embark on this journey. Based on my exceptional experience today, I wholeheartedly give this place a perfect rating of 10 stars.

The process was so easy from signing the forms online to setting up an appointment. Ms.Donna made sure I was aware of what my daughter was getting done throughout the process. The receptionist are so friendly and accommodating when it came to my busy schedule. They even let me know how much the co-pay would be and if I was making a credit card payment it would be an additional charge. The office is super clean & very organized. I recommend everyone to come here!

I had a cleaning at ADT for the first time. What a great experience! My entire visit went smoothly. Staff members I dealt with were efficient and courteous. Elsy, who skillfully cleaned my teeth, was kind and professional. Dr. Gottlieb then examined my teeth and was personable and thoughtful. His explanations of the condition of my teeth and preventive care procedures were clear and easy to understand. I look forward to my next visit.

New patient to the practice and was cared for by Dr. Palabrica. I’m a big adult baby when it relates to dental and medical procedures. I’m really lucky she was very patient and listened to my concerns. She had excellent bedside manner and provided useful dental care information.

Lilly and Dr. Wu explained all the steps involved in getting a crown installed. The procedure went by quickly, efficiently and painlessly. It was very professional and the technology, equipment and talent are top notch and modern.

Tldr: A good dental office is hard to find around here, but you’ve found it in ADT.

This is the only dental office in the area that won’t rip you off! If something seems off at another office, come here for a second opinion before letting people ruin your teeth. I highly recommend any of the dentists here. Not only do their dental examinations match my beloved but retired dentist’s reports, but also they offered to make new retainers for me! A service that no other dentist has offered before. The front desk is professional, kind, and patient. The hygienist is gentle and skilled. I can’t go on enough about the people working here! Please keep up the great work, so I don’t have to hunt for another diamond dental office in Arlington… trust me, i’ve done the research and it’s not easy!

Donna and Dr. Gottlieb are genuinely two of the kindest individuals I have ever met. No one loves going to the dentist, but knowing I have them caring for me makes it easier!

From making your appointment to be greeted when You walk in everyone is so nice and welcoming, the front desk is the best from Siti, Hannah and everyone else .

Now every Dentist and Hygienist their are good but we love Dr. Gottlieb , Donna and Elsy , Dr. Gottlieb has the BEST BED SIDE manners You would want in any Dr. He’s gentle , kind and caring he explains everything being done in detail . Donna and Elsy are our Hygentist who take so much pride in what they do . If more stars could be given I’d give this practice 10 stars ⭐.

Intuitively, going to the dentist should be accompanied by a sense of dread and apprehension; never is that the case when I have an appointment with members of the Arlington Dental Team. I am not saying i look forward to the event, skipping into the waiting room with an ear to ear grin being my mask (I am not insane), however, it is as close as someone might get in a visit to a dentist. Every employee from the Drs, to the office staff are friendly, concerned, professional and conscientiously involved with your well being (and not just that associated with your mouth). They are outstanding and provide the highest level of professional, yet personal, care. My family and I have been going there for over a decade and a half, and I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone in the area. Dental service, though expensive, is great.
My only gripe with them however is their absurd and almost criminal practice of charging you a fee for using a credit card (no fee for debit card but most thinking folks do not use those). They are not a mom and pop bodega, so act like a professional organization please. They certainly are not passing along a savings to the patients.
