This place is excellent. The service department makes life so easy by being open from 5.30 am to10pm every day. The waiting area and even the customer service are superb!! Kudos to you, Pohanka Lexus!

Simple check in and check out. They did the services I asked for and recommended the additional services but did not insist too much so it became easy for me to decide. They also mentioned the prices upfront there are no surprises. Waiting area is big and neat. overall my first service trip to this location has been pleasant and I will continue to go here for future services.

Although I don't like driving from Fredericksburg to Chantilly it's worth the drive for the maintenance of my Acura. "T" Adenew was my service advisor and did a great job keeping me informed.

Got an oil change done. Had to wait a few hours for the service to be done. It’s a very popular place and they were servicing many cars. Observed many happy customers. Service staff was great answering questions to customers satisfaction. They also got me a Lyft ride to get me to work. So much better than other dealerships.

The #1 car dealership in that area. I was at the Lexus dealership. They have great salesmen especially Jay , and the service department is impeccable for customer satisfaction. My best friend traveled there from Baltimore to purchase a 570 Lexus Truck.

I'm leaving this review for Pohanka Acura. I had a phenomenal experience at Pohanka Acura with Jose (sales rep), Phillip (Finance), and Jahid (manager). All three are an amazing team, who worked together to provide my family and I the best customer service and BEST deal in the DMV area for my new Acura MDX. I compared their deal and service with other Acura dealers in the area, and by far they were the very best. As soon as we arrived, they treated us like family and our little one was loved and cared for too. These guys deserve all stars for treating their customers with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and unbeatable deals. They go above and beyond. We will definitely be purchasing our future vehicles from here and highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!

We purchased a 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec w/ Tech from Muhammad Aslam, he was a great salesman that was able to give us an amazing deal on the car. We spoke over the phone about the price and once we got there he gave us that same price that we agreed on, not common at other dealerships. He was also very nice in answering all of the questions we had about the car and the features of the car. Overall great buying experience with Pohanka and Muhammad Aslam, based on our experience I highly recommend to deal with Muhammad.

Incredible customer service and the team made us feel like we had established a partnership in making a purchase easy. I bought my Suburban from here and always go for any routine service. Great staff and have always found them to be going an extra mile. Usually I go early mornings and most of the time the maintenance is done while waiting. The waiting room is nice n comfortable wit TV and coffee. Friendly, professional and helping staff.

I purchased my Lexus prior to moving to Northern Virginia, so cant comment on the sales process at Pohanka. But, I’ve been very pleased with the service department. I’ve had routine service completed there five times, including the 60,000 major service. There are three very comfortable waiting lounges - with massage chairs and snacks! The estimates of cost as time have always been accurate, and they are glad to provide you with a loaner for anything that will take more than a few hours. I had my car detailed inside and out there and was very happy with it.

It was a great experience. All the staff; ASH, Marcel, Jerry as well the rest if the staff had been real good to us. Even though the vehicle we purchased didn't turn out good. The 3 day money back helped us out and we were able to get our refund. As far as the issue with the car goes, ASH asked me to point out the area of issues with the vehicle so it could be adhere to. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Experiences with the staffs are always pleasant however I've had some ups and downs with the quality and results. Despite all that it is convenient to located at least for me, west side of the northern virginia with extended service hours which works perfectly with my schedule with many perks as being a customer to this dealer.

Once again I would like to express high praises for the service team at Pohanka Lexus. Lead by: Allen (Service Manager), Shane (Service Representative) and Scott (Overnight Team Lead). I own a 2015 Lexus RC F that I did not purchase at Pohanka Lexus but is under the Lexus warranty. I noticed that the front bumper was not properly affixed to the vehicle and immediately drove it to Pohanka. The service team informed me that the bumper cover may have been improperly re-affixed to the vehicle. Without any hesitation, Allen put in a rather cool Lexus SUV and stated they would "take care of the situation". Within hours i received a call to pickup my vehicle the work was completed!! When i arrived the vehicle was ready, washed, vacuumed, and tires shined!! The bumper in excellent condition and properly affixed to the vehicle--no charge. This outstanding service is not only a testament to the Pohanka Lexus Service Team, but an AFFIRMATION to the HIGH CALIBER of dedication, customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and peace of mind you can expect from the service team at Lexus in Chantilly, Va. Once again Allen, Shane and Scott thanks for the impeccable customer service. You guys ROCK!!

Great place to get your Lexus serviced. They have a wonderful reception area. They have a great snack area filled with all sorts of snacks and beverages. Upstairs they have 10 massage chairs. They have a waitjng area and a quiet computer area. They have a sports room with two TVs tuned to sports channels. They make you feel important. Will be back again.

Several years ago I brought my son's 1990 Suburban there to rebuild the differential. They were reasonable in the price and didn't take too long. Because of this, I went there recently to buy my daughter a car. Salesman Slade Charters listened to me and did what I needed. My daughter likes her car a lot. I recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

Always get great service and they really think about the customer and the fact that they may have to wait. The lounge is spacious to include segmented areas for sports lovers, folks that need quiet, folks that need massage, folks that need to work, charging stations and plenty of refreshments. In addition they provide text messages for questions and status. Across the street are also plenty of places to eat.

My family has worked with Anuj for the past 5 years and he is THE BEST salesman! Anuj does not double-talk and gives it to you straight. We have purchased 4 cars from him.
