i can honestly say i am so happy my dad told me to bring my car here. I haven been dealing with a on going issue with my car for years even brought my car to my dealership everyone always told me it was my struts i tried getting one fixed a few years ago but my car got worse i did not have money to fix my car until one day my car left me no choice as it started acting up and locking up while i was driving i brought my car here and they recommended i get new mounts and struts fast forward car came back and was still having the same issue even after the struts were replaced i was so frustrated and discouraged thinking i was never going to get this issue resolved and that i was going to get stuck paying for things to keep getting fixed without the problem being resolved i was scared because after fixing the car and it still being the same i was hopeless and in a hole But let me just say when Scott say's his work is guaranteed they are not lying! They were the most honest kindest people i ever dealt with at a shop they will not scam you or trick you or make you think you need things fixed that are not the problem they actually listened to me when i told them something was still not right they did not leave me high and dry with this problem he was never once rude or frustrated towards me this car and it was hard to diagnose but this man went out his way to make sure he found the problem and fixed it on his own dime to reassure me i was in good hands NEVER in my life have i ever dealt with such amazing customer service down to his staff and his wife Lynn who always kept me updated and so quick and polite wither her responses! I've always been scared to bring my car to places due to being screwed over in the past by places no these people i would 1000% recommend this place to everyone with confidence if you are looking for a honest reasonable trustworthy place to bring your car THIS IS IT! Look no where else i will never bring my car to another place again besides here 10/10 highly recommend i will forever be grateful for Scott and son's and all that they did for me. My car was a pain in the butt but the did not give up! And words cant describe how thankful i am for all that they did for me. Scott & Sons or NOTHING ! do not bring your car nowhere else!

Had a wonderful experience having some work done on my Subaru here! The customer service at Scott and Sons surpasses any other place I have taken my vehicle. Probably the best customer service in Worcester! The repairs were done incredibly quickly, and the team at the shop kept me updated with the timeline and cost so there were no surprises. I will be recommending Scott and Sons to all my friends.

Spoke with Scott directly when I needed an oil change and had only been going to the dealership previously. Happily got me in within a few days of calling and pointed out I needed new tires. Usually I am very skeptical of local mechanics after having some bad experiences at other private mechanics in Worcester. Scott showed me the tires and had me feel them and I was able to see myself they were almost completely bald. I appreciate a mechanic who is willing to teach me more about my car to make sure I was getting the right services. Btw the tire prices we far less than what I would have expected to pay elsewhere. Great guy and he got the tires an oil change done on the spot within a few hours. Will be going back to him for any regular maintence I need!

Scott and Sons was amazing! I highly recommend them! So helpful and friendly, I will absolutely be back the next time my car needs a repair! Scott explained everything as he was doing it and why, and I left with not only a fixed car but more knowledge about my car as well!! Very pleased, thank you guys so much!

I have been using Scott & Sons for all of my car maintenance and repairs for a few years now. I first brought my car to Scott after having power steering issues on my old car. Another garage told me that the power steering rack would need to be replaced and quoted me almost $1200. I went to Scott and he diagnosed it as a rusty component and with some heat and lubricant, he was able to fix the issue for only $75! He is honest and isn’t in it to make a quick buck, which is why I continue to go there and recommend his shop to family and friends.

Scott has been working on my vehicles for years and is the only mechanic I trust. Scott is honest and a man of integrity. He knows cars! From putting an engine into my Truck to every repair that my family has ever needed, he has always come through! I highly recommend giving Scott and his team a chance. You won't be disappointed.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust. Scott gives fair prices and gets work done in a timely manner. His quotes are accurate and he always calls before doing additional work. He doesn't push unnecessary services or cut corners. All the work he has done for me so far has been great. Scott knows how to work with someone's budget and fix the most important things first. I highly recommend him for all your auto needs.

Scott is the type of guy that you trust from the beginning. He promise me that he would make things right, and he did. HANDS DOWN the absolutely best place I have ever gotten work done on any of my vehicles. First off, as a first time customer coming in to get work done the owner himself does a free, FULL, precise, all point inspection of everything on your vehicle down to the thickness of brake pads and tire tread itself. This alone at a dealership would be $150 easy and he does it FREE. Second, I did not get the pleasure of meeting the sons behind the name of the company but I did get the pleasure of meeting Scott and Mike. Both men had wonderful customer service and were always looking for any way possible to help or accommodate their customers whether it meant staying late or squishing someone’s car in quick into the 15 minute break they got that day with how busy they were. These guys blew me away in every way possible. Every customer I saw come in there or even that called weren’t just customers to them, they were family. I couldn’t help but stay and talk to Mike the whole time my Jeep was being worked on instead of sitting in the heated office with TV because he was just so kind and easy to talk to! Last but not least, I went in here with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited which at this point I had brought to 3 Jeep dealerships prior to find an antifreeze problem. All 3 dealerships prior to these guys waved it off, it was nothing, and sent me home when whatever else was done. Well 10 minutes on the lift and into the air at Scott and Son’s and they found my problem which actually ended up being a huge crack in my radiator which could have lead to some SERIOUS damage if kept unfixed. After a diagnosis and Mike’s magical work with my third party service contract which no one else wants to touch anywhere the VERY NEXT DAY my Jeep was in and fixed THAT DAY! And at the end the owner/mechanic himself took a test drive with me just to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would 110% recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone! I will no longer be taking my vehicle (or future vehicles) anywhere else ever again and neither should you!

Brought my car for a couple things I knew about and a few I wanted him to check out. They got right to work to diagnose and find parts. He also looked the car over for things that I'll need a little way down the road which is nice to be able to plan for preventative measures instead of a surprise breakdown. There was a quick turnaround and the cost was more than fair to me. I'd highly recommend Scott and Sons and I'll be going to them in the future for sure.

I can’t think Scott enough for taking the time to explain what was going on with my jeep Cherokee, he also took the time to call about my water pump and found that it was under warranty with the dealership. I would highly recommend his business, an honest business man, Difficult to find these days!

Definitely recommend. Called him I was in a bind I needed a wheel bearing replaced it was a press in wheel bearing and I called five places before and they kept telling me it was a minimum of $350 and it would be four or five days before they could get to me. I called Scott I dropped it off that night and when I got out of work the next day it was ready for a hell of a lot less than I was quoted from anybody else. Super happy ;honest dude and I’ve been in the business a long time super glad I found him definitely recommend

Scott & Sons was recommended to me by a good friend when I was looking for a new shop after mine had closed down unexpectedly. My gas tank was leaking and it turned out that I needed a new one. They found an after market tank for $200+ cheaper than the one from my dealership. I told them when I dropped it off that I needed it by a certain time the next day if possible so I could go to work and they got it done with plenty of time to spare. They definitely have a repeat customer in me.

We brought a car in to Scott for a pre-sale safety check. He and his son were very friendly, very professional, and extremely thorough. He took the car out for a test drive, and checked all systems and functions from large to small. He was very clear explaining the status of the vehicle, provided a detailed written report, and provided a detailed estimate of the cost of necessary repairs. He gave us lots of information and we learned lots from him. He also stayed open way past his regular work hours to take car of this inspection for us. We felt that we were in very good hands. We will definitely be bringing the car back to him for another check before finalizing the purchase. Highly recommended!

After calling 3 other shops this morning & being told it's was going to run me almost 450$; Scott & Son’s took me right in with no appointment, got my issue fixed and had me back on the road in under an hour! && for under 100$$$$$ !!!!!!!!!

These men are amazing at what they do, they are honest & Thorough and if your not bringing your car(s) to Scott & Sons then your overpaying for low quality service!

My husband's car had sat for nearly four years unable to start, let alone drive. He was heartbroken. He never gave up and would tinker with his father by his side whenever they could to no avail. Then, we found Scott & his family. As one last effort, we called and explained our situation. The team was up for the challenge. They called within Hours to let us know they had the car running!!! They called everyday with updates and encouragements. The car is just like when we first brought it home! The Care, determination, and love the whole team has for cars is reflected in the professional results of their work. My husband is like a kid in a candy store with his baby back in the driveway and on the road again!!

I was referred to this mechanic through a coworker of mine, and grateful is an understatement. The men at Scott and Sons go above and beyond for their customers. They diagnosed a car of mine that has been turned down by several mechanics for the simple fact that they could never figure out what was wrong with it. Not only did this shop find the fatal problem, they pointed me in the right direction and gave me ample advice on how to get myself another car, which I love by the way. Finding a good mechanic is very difficult but they make it EASY, for once in my life. They are honest, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. There is not enough good to say about these people; definitely a diamond in the rough!

I was looking to find a repair shop close to perform maintenance on my used, but new to me truck. Being a new customer I had them perform their thorough inspection of the vehicle to identify any other potential issues. They were able to give a vehicle condition report, repair a small evap leak, install some new rear shocks and perform some additional misc items. Mike was very easy to deal with throughout the whole process and all items were completed in a timely manner. I was looking for a shop with a more personalized experience and found it. It was a pleasure to deal with Scott and Mike. I definitely will be looking to give Scott and Sons Auto Repair additional business for future maintenance and repairs.
