Not only did they do a fantastic job with my dental work, but they also exhibited genuine care and concern for my well-being throughout the entire process. Dr. Matney is amazing, a real expert! His assistant, Pam is so comforting. I am so grateful for them! Going to the dentist is not easy for me and they help me get through it with no pain! Chrissy, their hygienist is also wonderful, careful and kind as all their staff!!

I had my first appointment for a dental cleaning at Ballston Dental Care for the first time. Dr. Matney took over my previous dentist’s practice and I have to say that I had some reservations or a while because I’m a creature of habit and wasn’t sure about seeing someone new. To my surprise, I really had a wonderful experience with my hygienist, Isabel. She listened to my concerns and explained every single step of the cleaning process. She also checked in every now and then to make sure I was doing fine. After any cleaning, Dr. Matney came and checked on me and my dental condition. He was very thorough and also explained his findings and suggestions. I felt very comfortable with them and they have won my trust. I am looking forward to my next appointment in their new space. One other thing I have to mention is that never once did I feel that they were upselling me on other services!

The overall experience was great! The office staff was welcoming, Isabel, the hygenist, was thorough and gentle, and Dr. Matney explained everything, including options and suggestions for my overall dental health.

I was nervous about getting my first crown. Dr Matney and his team explained every step and made the process easy and painless. Now, I don't even notice it's in my mouth. Just feels like my own tooth. Perfect fit and function.

I’ve been coming to this office for nearly 40 years. While I loved Dr Wink and his team, I love Dr Matney and his staff just as much. They use modern technology to monitor and clean teeth and gums. Dr Matney is great. Isabel cleaned my teeth and did a terrific job. She explained each step and kept a friendly conversation going the whole time. Very nice and professional office.

I had my dental cleaning yesterday and as always I was delighted with the gentle touch of my hygienist Valerie. My four years old also had his cleaning and felt very comfortable when sometimes at his age could be some challenging but yesterday, Valerie and the rest of the staff AGAIN made it all GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Dr. Matney always on top of any questions, I recently started Invisalign treatment and I was worry it was going to be uncomfortable with it but let me tell you that I got surprise how easy the process has been. I can’t wait to see the final result!

Isabelle is incredibly kind and checked in with me every step of the procedure making sure that I knew what was going on and that I wasn’t in any pain! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but Dr. Matney and his team were incredibly helpful for laying out a roadmap for me to be happy with my smile again. They listened to my concerns and wants and addressed them all in the roadmap we had set out for my treatment. Every appointment felt like a huge weight as I got happier and happier with my smile. I've been coming here for 30 years!! Love the place and love the people!!! They are always so friendly and everything is so clean. My moms been going here since she was 16....she is now in her 50's. The whole family comes here and I know when I have kids they will as well 😊💜
