The staff at Sullivan Tire were courteous and respectful both on the phone and in person. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and take care of my low tire pressure caused by a nail. In addition they offered to put my spare tire on for me while I waited because the tire I needed wouldn't arrive for 2 days. I felt like they cared, and that I'd be safer on the road until my new tire arrived. A+

ever since they were C&R tire I have been going here for touch not service. a few times with tire pressure indicator or a slow leak. they have taken care of it sometimes it no charge... now that is service and this even continued after they switch names to Sullivan tire..
they will find you the right tire for your car or truck.

This place is AWESOME! The staff is incredibly helpful. I accidentally had a tire blowout on the highway for my service van. I contacted this shop, explained the situation with my tires since 3 of them are no good. They had everything replaced with new tires within 36 hours. Only thing I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. I didn’t have to worry about anything or break a sweat in the middle of summer.

I TRUST Jim D and his crew to do the right job correctly, and reasonably priced. I have my 3 cars serviced there: (1999, 2007, and a 2021). I have recommended friends; I hope they have spoken up.

Professional and caring people. no games or bs here. I can trust to bring my car here and recommend others to do so as well. I'm very particular where I bring my car for maintenance of ANY kind. and there, guys can be trusted to do just that. and will try to help you save however they can.

The service is great and they treat you like you matter. I'd give them 5 stars but they didn't tighten the hub covers completely and one feel off and will now cost me money to replace.
I am pleased to say that after customer service reached out to me and offered to make things right, they did. I have changed my rating to 5 stars and would give them more if allowed! My boss now will be sending our work trucks there.

I got serviced a BMW 320i xDrive for replacing the Run Flat Tires (RFT) which are usually very expensive and after inquiring at about 3-4 auto-shops Sullivan Tire were most economic and friendly in giving me a quote. Also, they performed free rotation of tires.

I went to Sullivans on the Christmas weekend and they were nice enough to repair my tire the same day without a appointment. Staff was friendly even considering how busy they were even helping someone out of town. I own a auto repair shop in Philadelphia so it’s easy to tell if your a good shop I listened to the technician talk to the service righter and could tell they were doing repairs the right way. Highly recommend giving them a try!

There was a couple screw ups with the online booking but, the Worcester team was able to make good on everything.
