Place has been a sleeper for years! The cakes are made to perfection 👌. The black forest / napoleon / and mango moose are the best!!! They are not your average super market cakes. Believe it.

I got a strawberry and mango smoothie from here. It was good. The staff were very polite and are wearing masks. It’s just outside if Ballston metro station.

I come here pretty regularly. They have amazing prices for the area. Breakfast burrito is really good. Ambiance could be improved with things such as having some music playing.

I always get their mousse and short cakes - SO Good!! The cakes are very light, fluffy, airy and not grossly sweet like a lot of other cafes. Reminds me of the cakes I used to get when I lived in Tokyo! Recommend the fruit short cake and mango mousse cake highly!

They have great breakfast food. Very quick and affordable. Also like the convienence to the Metro and hotel where we were staying.

I've eaten sandwiches for lunch here three times over the last 10 days--steak and cheese, pastrami, and lox. They were all excellent, generous in size, and very reasonably priced. All food is cooked to order so it is not necessarily fast if they are busy. Staff are all friendly. I recommend.

Always a go-to deli for their delicious pastries.
They also have a small food menu, and their breakfast omelets can not be beat for their very inexpensive price.
Also they have sandwiches and burgers, plus a small selection of 'display' salads to select from, and purchase.

Overall, I've always found their desserts very delicious, especially the blueberry muffins and their apple struddles.

If you're nearby in the area of the Ballston Metro Station, you should make it a point to stop by and at least sniff the air for the delicious aromas, while checking out the variety of assorted pastries offered.

I came across this bakery on my way to the metro and it was a pleasant surprise! I got a chocolate croissant, a Grand Marnier chocolate cake, and an apple strudel.
First the croissant- it was filled with chocolate and topped with a chocolate drizzle. I thought it was great! Great flavor and good amount of chocolate on the inside.
The chocolate cake was moist and so good!
The apple strudel was also flakey and quite delicious.

I love their sandwiches and salads for lunch! Their bake goods are amazing. The staff is always been kind and courteous.

Came in for a pastry and the staff was very nice and explained what each item in the case was. Very yummy! Right on top of the ballston metro for an easy bite!

I had their marble cheesecake and it was delicious. The price was good too.. Not only was it a good size for the price, but cheaper compared to most cheesecakes and the quality/taste was amazing.

They have great cakes and fill your breakfast sandwich. Everyone is so polite and they are very timely. Good hot coffee too while waiting for the bus.

Very nice, small business run coffee shop with bubble teas, coffees, teas, and great prices! They also have beautiful looking pastries and appealing wines at reasonable prices too!

Pastries and desserts, a variety of drinks, a fan of the café. Looking forward to the day when they'll be selling the alcohol rather than having it on display 😉

First birthday since moving to the DMV and needed to find a place to get birthday cake, look no further.

This place is a great little cafe that has always had good food and sweets! It's a nice quiet vibe right by the metro
