The coolest post office I’ve ever been to. The service was great and super friendly. The selection of the shop was the best part. Lots of books, stickers, art prints, and other unique items.

I love this place

Every time I go there I feel rushed. Even though they seem nice and friendly, they do make it seem like an effort to do so which is slightly better than being indifferent. When you say “how can I help you?” Slow down a second, is this New York City? I’m glad to support your quaint gift shop but instead I just ask myself “why did I come here?” As I pry open the 100 yr old door to leave. The USPS is still more convenient.

Let Me Start by saying Juneau and the People of Juneau left me with the impression it's a Great Place with alot of Really Good People and Great Businesses.

Wife and I bought merchandise we decided to ship home, because we were in the port of Juneau from a 🛳 Cruise and we thought it would lighten our luggage load.

We were trying to decide on a box to use. We stood Shocked 😲 😯 and Appalled about how we Received the Worst Service Ever from a person Representing the U.S Postal Service.

Young Lady maybe approximately early 30s just consistently passed over us. She never offered to help us at all. And continued to serve people who had just walked in the door after us.

I grew up in the True South of the lower 48 states as many may call it. But I was taught and expected to be Polite, Hardworking, Honest and Fair. Polite doesn't mean we are weak. Old saying "Don't Mistake Meekness for weakness."

There is no doubt she was Being Very Rude to me and my wife. I have no idea as to Why??

I Guess the U.S. Postal Service has a Different Standard in Downtown Juneau, AK

I have always appreciated Postal Workers especially those at home. I know Postal Workers are some of the best workers and some of the best people around.

After this unfortunate encounter I appreciate my local Post Office Employees more than ever. Gave this 2 stars because she did ship it.

Took a month for the box 📦 🤪 😬 to be delivered.
Box was larger than I needed. Which I paid more than I should have. But I guess this is my fault. I was going to try and forget about this experience
But why should I stay quiet about the WORST POST OFFICE EXPERIENCE of lifetime .😒
