These people were a pleasure to work with. They packaged and shipped all our purchases for free and the package was waiting at home when we returned from vacation. They are one of the closest souvenir shops to the cruise terminal and the first one I looked in. I went into at least a dozen others before coming back here to make my purchases. Save your time for sightseeing and just go here first! Thanks!!!

I had a great shopping experience at this store. I purchased several items with the help of a very friendly sale staff member. They shipped it home for me and it came through just like they said it would. I would highly recommend this store to other people who are cruising or just visiting Juneau. They are friendly, and extremely helpful.

Great experience here. Very respectful employees. When they did not have what we were looking for, they made suggestions for a store that might have what we were looking for. Above and beyond in my opinion.

I was there two weeks ago and purchased a fantastic jacket, was in a hurry to get back to my ship and didn't notice a major flaw. Since I got home, I have been trying to contact them to see if we can resolve the problem, however the phone number does not go through and I cannot reach them. Says their number is suspended.
I'm hoping they will see this and reach out to me!
