Nice experience. Had the pleasure of dealing with Moe. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We looked at 2 cars on the lot and wound up buying 1 of them. We've had the car now for almost 3 weeks and we are loving it. Thank you Moe for selling us a good reliable car. Thank you Stafford Motors for having and selling good reliable cars. I am a first time car owner and I did purchase a vehicle from Stafford Motors.

I felt that the staff was very supportive when assisting in making large decisions. They explained all administrative paper work thoroughly. The prices of the vehicles are low. Seeing the workers fix issues in house is reassuring that the right measures are being taken to upkeep the vehicle.
Though the processing fee is a little steep, other discounts are provided.

Stafford motors is the absolute best car dealership I have ever been too, When my wife and I came in we were greeted immediately by Mo and his staff, they consistently asked us if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. The staff also made sure we were comfortable with the deal and they thoroughly explained to us the entire process from start to finish with the car buying process. The staff not only detailed the car we purchased inside and out but, they asked us if there were anything else they could help us with and didn't let us leave if we weren't 100% satisfied, I have already decided that if my wife and I are to purchase any cars in the future we will only be dealing specifically with Stafford Motors! I wish I could give 100 stars for the outstanding service, price and overall ease of doing business with this facility! You guys are the best, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

My experience with this company was excellent. From start to finish Rebecca made the process easy for me. The finance department was top notch and quick to respond to my needs and questions. I was skeptical about buying a car from out of state and over the internet but Stafford made this feel like I was a local buyer. They even shipped the car to me from across the country at a reasonable price. Highly Recommended!!!

I had a really great experience working with Rebecca. She went above and beyond to make sure I got into the vehicle that I wanted. She wasn't like many others that tried to steer me into something I didn't want when my financing options were limited, instead was extremely patient and helpful until I got everything together in order to purchase the vehicle. She was so helpful she even offered to help out with all 4 of my kiddos while I was looking at the car. Rebecca was very pleasant to speak with over the phone despite me calling over 20 times in a day with several questions, she was honest with information that she had provided me with about the vehicle. She even helped me out getting a good deal on the vehicle as well. Also the guy/guys who does the detailing are awesome they did such a great job making the car look spectacular it was extremely clean and smelt good. If I could provide more stars I definitely would. I really enjoyed my car buying experience with Stafford Motors. I love my new SUV!!! Rebecca you're the BEST!!!! I will be returning for a second vehicle in the near future.

I would like to take a moment to let everyone know about this car lot.... I've been to many many dealerships, but never have I experienced this level of professionalism and customer service. Rebecca has gone out of her way each and every time I've visited to address my questions, discuss pricing and was always knowledgeable about the vehicles on her lot, which is so refreshing!! As a first time buyer, and female it was hard to find someone to listen to what I was looking for, but Leo did a fantastic job. We were looking for a car not so expensive car. This dealership has a good variety of cars that are payable. We were very well assisted by Rita. We could take the car immediately for a test drive, without no pressure. Two small things were not working. But the dealership fixed them before we bought the car. Rita went trough all the papers with us patiently and accommodated us in extra papers we needed for DOS. Overall a very pleasant experience and good service by Rita!

Moe was fabulous ! Not only was he very helpful with our purchase, he was a honest and open guy! I highly recommend this dealership, because its hard to find one that is honest. We are very excited to drive our Honda Oydessy home. We recently had our first child and we now have a safe vehicle to drive in! Thankyou Moe and Stafford Motors!!!

We went up after finding a vehicle we liked online and they immediately asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive. No pressure or hassling just "Hey, let us know if we can help." Very easy to deal with and super pleased with our new addition. Also helped occupy our kids during the entire process.

Honestly the best customer service experience by far. Leo took his time with me to make sure I understood exactly what I could be getting from all the choices they had (and there was alot). I didn't feel rushed or pressured to quickly purchase from them - I was well informed and took my time and ended up purchasing an awesome GMC Denali that I am so happy with. best dealership and staff in all of DMV!

Rebecca was a "Rock-Star". She made sure the repairs that I requested were done and completed while I was away on vacation. She accommodated my early return from vacation and had my truck ready two days early. She made the whole paperwork ordeal, very easy. I walked out with my first pickup truck and I love it.
