I actually have a question. I would like to know that the cars you give for rents are automatic or manual transmission ?

I like cars

I registered all information through the website as requested. However upon arrival at enterprise Rent-A-Car there was a 40 minute wait to register to get the car followed by an additional 25 minute wait for a car to become available. There weren’t any cars available and was offered a cargo van.
Prior to car pick up, I attempted to change my reservation online, but was unable to. I tried to call to change reservation, but after 47 minutes on hold, I was told I wouldn’t be able to modify the reservation. The staff advised me that if I returned the car early, my rate would be prorated but when I turned the car in a day early, the representative told be there would not be any change in rate.

Also, I had a 6 am flight but there were no shuttles available at that time so I also had to rent a hotel room the night before to ensure I would make the flight

Do not rent from Enterprise. You’ll be very disappointed.

I talked to Jen and what she told me was different than I rented before in the 21 Feb. Very unprofessional about the renting process.
