I’d like to acknowledge John for providing excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to find teacher gift cards for me! He took precious time to look through the many gift cards to find the one I wanted. He called me back to not affect other customers. Class act! Marcela and Randy are super friendly as well! Thanks!!

A unique Starbucks with a 2nd floor. The first floor is small, with little space to seat. This Starbucks is nice and clean and the baristas are friendly. Truly live up to their acceptable of diversity which was displayed all over the place. I felt a bit overwhelmed because it looked like they went out of the way to advertise their support of diversity. I truly believe that diversity acceptance is more meaningful when exhibited in actions, not just words. After all, words are cheap. I'm very pleased with the friendly service, which means so much more to me than the signs posted throughout the store. Everyone deserved to be treated well regardless of how they look, what they do... It's what in the heart. ❤ Thank you!!!

It's a busy Starbucks so expect some wait during times when people usually order. As fast service as Starbs can be with the small space they have. Always friendly and supportive and a decent place to hang out.

One of my favorite locations in the area. Store is kept really clean. Friendly staff and quality drinks. Only thing that stinks are the outlets suck. You plug something in and it's half way hanging out

This is my every morning stop on my way into school. The staff is really good and super friendly, and so much faster than the Starbucks on campus. This place is really nice, with both outdoor seating and an upstairs seating area. Probably one of the largest Starbucks I've ever been in.

Be sure to try this place once, it has a large place to rest and work with a laptop

Though Starbucks tends to have great service everywhere, just wanted to shout out to my local location.

The guys here are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Sometimes there is a line, but the staff works efficiently to get orders done.

If you're passing through and need your fix, don't be shy about dropping by!

I been a customer at this location for 3 years. Working in a healthcare professional we have high standards. This location has the best staff know you by name and are fast it’s my choice to go to this location only. i Want to recognize a few staff members who rock! Randy, Katy, JR, Autumn, Helen,Chris, John . Thank you for being there for me always!! day after day. This is a five star Starbucks and should be recognized for customer service excellence with corporate.

Nice when you get there early in the morning

I’m never disappointed with this location! The staff are always great and fast. It does get crowded over the weekend.

My favorite is matcha frappuccino with mocha drizzle on top of whipped cream.

There is a dude named Brad here. This guy works hard, he is honest and an example to follow. I have worked at Starbucks before, never seen anyone like Brad. Give this man what he needs since workers like him is what makes Starbucks great.

Barista was very kind. She saved my order while I downloaded the app for my birthday drink March 2nd! Loved my iced coconut mocha caramel macchiato. Thank you!! Love the new remodeled look, haven't been to that location in awhile. Cozy seating upstairs!

I have my favorites, but every team member offers above & beyond service. They're smart, beautiful & it shows they love their job!

Great place to study and it's next to Walgreen and Smoothie King. George Mason University is nearby and Best Buy too. Very nice community. I go here to inspire myself to finish school when I see all these nice homes and to land a better career.

Favorite Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone is the nicest, although one person there always gets my name wrong. It's honestly kind of fun seeing how she's going to spell it each time I get her taking my order. I've gotten Boots, Bodthe, and Buuf. My orders are always right, but I've seen them remake drinks for picky caffeine addicts many times without any complaint.

The Starbucks does occasionally attract homeless people, and there's one regular who I believe is schizophrenic but he's an absolute teddy bear when you get past his peculiar style of talking. I also believe that Starbucks provides water to them and many regular customers help get them food. I don't know what heartless creature would lower a store's rating for doing more for our homeless than our government. I think it's commendable and I've been to many Starbucks that would have pushed these folks out of the shade and into 90 degree weather lugging around all of their worldly possessions.

The only things I hate are about corporate, which I don't begrudge the staff or location for. The tumblrs they sell are horribly made and my tortoiseshell insulated tumbler that I love broken in literally two weeks. Their roasts have a reputation for being very dark offending a very specific subset of snobbery, but I personally love dark coffee and in particular love their nitro cold brew. Not a lot of other coffee places could afford to accommodate nitro so I appreciate the diversity in selection without just having to pick between one of many sugar-dosed candy concoctions that make up their seasonal rotations.

If you take your coffee black like me, you will either love or hate these roasts. That's just how that works. People drinking milky sugar syrup are happy enough and who am I to yuck their yum, just more of a Boba guy than Frappe.

Corps typically provide robotic employees who are just there to make money. Understandably so. Starbucks always has robotic employees who have no personality. They arent bad bit don't have the opportunity to thrive.

Now to something that changed my perception. Everyday i come into this location. Im greeted by the sweetest lady named Alyssa. She is always sweet and personable. Even when its busy at 8am with everyone grumpy trying to get their coffee fix. She treats each customer with respect and friendliness. She is the most personable worker I have seen at any restaurant or fast food everrrr.

They need to promote her and have teach other employees her methods. She'd be the perfect marketer. I come back consistently just for her

Not only is the aesthetic of this Starbucks unique and cozy, the baristas are great at their jobs. Every drink I have is perfectly done!
