Excellent initial consultation

Edit- you team attempted to contact me and left a message. I then returned their call later that day, and the next. I left two messages, and neither were returned. The review is in to the lack of communication there.

Got partial victory ... but had difficulty recalling details of the claim and often felt like we (not he), were leading the thinking with regard to "what next" in the action plan. Lots of rehash and repetition ... not knowing that each minute rehashing was running up the tab. Not good at communicating (to us) the time and $money$ being expended ... ahead of the bill.

While Mr. Cook was very responsive, he failed to remember key facts about my case and took minimal action.

I hired John Cook to represent me in a wrongful termination case. Initially, during our consultation, he assured me that my case was solid and outlined plans for moving forward. However, after learning the identity of the opposing attorney, he abruptly backed off my case and failed to produce a demand or take any further action. Throughout the process, my anxiety increased, prompting me to seek information from his office. When I reached out, instead of providing support, he responded by instructing me not to keep calling his office. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my concerns was deeply disappointing.

The nerve to keep sending me a bills for no work performed.
