Very helpful and friendly staff. Managers present helping speed up the serving process and they are very helpful should you need anything. At the bakery counter Irvine provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Irvine went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Cannot recommend dealing with him enough.

Raid Pickup is usually pretty spot on from expected ready time. If you arrive/order around lunch time (11-2ish) expect a little longer wait for in house ordering or Rapid Pickup but the crew that makes the food really hustles, while paying close attention to detail, so you have everything you need.

Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.

For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 12-2pm.

We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado. The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!

Panera has lot of fresh bread/sandwiches to choose from. The place is always clean and organized. Pick up is always on time. Flatbread pizza & salad are perfect. They also have the best App. They have friendly team members.

A delightful, cozy little Panera. A little pricey, as Panera often is, but it's right next to a movie theatre, so nice place to grab lunch or dinner before a film, or maybe chat about the movie after with some Danishes and coffee.

My meal was also done impressively fast despite their having a staff shortage when I was there.

In the end though, it's Panera, it hasn't changed much in 20 years 😆

Excellent staff at this location. They were very accommodating with our order. The food was delicious and extremely fresh. Overall a great place to eat. Not specifically toward Panera.... Parking is a little rough and the road to get into the shopping area is poorly designed.

I really enjoy coming to this location of Panera! What's great about it is not only is the food great, but the customer service is even better! I've had the pleasure of meeting Irvine and he is really welcoming person and adds to the sense of community. Whenever I see the manager, he is so kind and is great at acknowledging you when you come in! This is definitely the best Panera Bread I have been to!

Great place. Their bread is delicious. Has a sandwich o ciabatta bread. The only service issue was it seemed sort of like the staff was going through the motions. When I picked up the order when I was buzzed they forgot to give me my wife's specialty coffee and I had to go back and ask for it. The young man who refilled the coffee containers was very nice.

The food is very good the place very clean and the atmosphere is awesome the staff including the mangers and staff are very friendly.

Irven is the man!! Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at Panera and he’s the sole reason. My day was made better because of his positive outlook and kind personality. Top tier guy 💯

This location is one of my favorites of all time for so many reasons. Firstly, its situated pretty close to my job, which has made it so easy to pop in for some delicious healthy food. Tonight would be no different! I already knew what I wanted to order even before I came inside. It was my typical go-to Mediterranean with chicken bowl. With only a total 640 calories, it never ceases to amaze me about how filling and delicious this bowl really is! Right around 8pm the place was fairly busy, with probably 10 groups of people seated and eating their dinner. I placed my order to go with the employee behind the cash register, although the smart thing would have been to place my order online. It didn't make a huge difference because they had my bowl prepared and ready in less than five minutes! This place always delivers, and I love it!

I visited Panera Bread for take out lunch yesterday. As expected, it was quite was busy. There was a list of names on the waiting list. I was tired and beginning to regret my choice when a young employee offered me a big smile accompanied by a cookie while I waited. Brian was managing the orders as they were completed and created a smile on every waiting face. An employee like Brian makes such a difference in each customer’s opinion as they leave. Keep employees like Brian and customers will come back!

We eat here incredibly often. Sometimes for lunch. Sometimes for supper. I am a fan of their tomato soup. Cannot enjoy one of their great sandwiches without my tomato soup. In fact, the hubby is stopping in tonight for takeout. Have also tried some of their salads and they are incredibly delicious. Portion size is good too. It's not always easy to score a table because this place is so popular. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

Panera West Ox was recently under renovations and trying to stay open in the process. The bakery is the same quality, different look. The menu on meals is unchanged; the decor has been updated. During the c-virus stay home order, I am pleased to see this Panera focused on not wasting their bakery items, dairy supplies, produce items not used in prep for take out. Having a supplier who can sell you tomatoes, lettuces, fresh fruits, berries, butters milks, and breads, in addition to baked goods is so smart, and appreciative. Thank you Panera!

The onion soup is perfect for the cold weather, tasty with half steak sandwich.
